Restore Your Perception of You (meditation music)

Don't let others define your perception of yourself. As I always say, you are the helmsman of your own mind... The eyes are indeed the portal to the soul, but other stimuli, from external sources, can alter our perception of our world, and even our perception of ourselves. We’ve all experienced it, hang-ups, doubts, insecurities, and if we look closely we find those things and many more are rooted in how we think others perceive us, whether true or not.
We falter, looking at ourselves and thus judging ourselves through the eyes of others.
Do not look at yourself through the eyes of doubts and fears that others have instilled in you. Look instead through the eyes of your soul, the eyes of those who have come before you. Incarnation after incarnation, the truest most authentic perception of you is seen clearly by the truest and most authentic self, the ancient you, the soul.
I recently went off digging through my old family lore and photos, and found green eyes, something special to me, and it follows a very unique line. My eyes are green, and my mother’s eyes were green, and her mother’s eyes were green, and her mother’s eyes were green. That is as far back as I know personally, but my great-grandmother got her eyes from someone before her as well. How far back in time does this particular line of green eyes go? How many generations following just that one line? I will look through those eyes.
Fascination, let yours flow. Without our fascination, we can so easily lose our connection and understanding of our own self, and in that, others have much power over us. You are ancient, you are wise, the answers you seek most can only be found in your heart, your soul.
It is there for you, incarnation after incarnation, that is who and what you are.

I was reading about green eyes yesterday. It is a rare gene mutation. Only 2% of the world population have green eyes. Granpa, mom, and I have green eyes. This is very special indeed. Thank you!

I have hazel green with orange and yellow flecks. Sometimes blue/Grey. When I'm sad they are this brilliant bright green that the sun glows off.
