I was there...That God forsaken "Ocean of Hopelessness"...I drifted like my mind was just Drift Wood...Floating face down as if I had already drowned....My eyes were open and staring down into the Abyss....It was pitch black and empty as it was deep...I started sinking, slowly deeper into that Dark Abyss...I woke up on the "Island of Despair". There were other Giants there besides Despair...Their names were Guilt and Shame. These 3 negative emotions are the "Dark Trinity". They are the unloved, unforgiven, unwanted dark sides of ourselves. The Dark and the Light Self must be Harmonized to fully Ascend to sustained hi vibes.

Everytime I feel like she's around my energy and i feel drained i go take a freezing cold shower and then meditate to this until i calm my mind and refocus, and if i hadn't exercised that day I'll go workout.

When I was a little child I would hear Indians beating instruments in the woods and it sound like this. I told my mom and she thought it was my imagination. One day she I told her I hear the beat to the music so she took me in the woods in Brandywine MD and to her surprise it was a whole tribe of Native American Indians in the woods. They made me a robe, feathered hat and slippers. It was an amazing experience I will never forget. They lived in the woods before there were treet lights. The woods are no longer there it's house there now. I wonder where and when they moved. I was a baby no more than 3 or 4. I still remember most of my childhood. This music is amazing. They were chanting like hay ya haya something like that.

I realised after a long stressing few weeks. It's so calming to stretch and breathe and close my eyes at 4-6 hour breaks. Away from watching tv and laptops and phones. Keeping my eyes closed and rested, walking outside in fresh air and without shoes. Touching plants and the soil and just focused on nature giving me balance too. Now I can use your music too and it is balancing and soothing. Thanks

I’m a healer. That’s literally why everyone likes to be around me. But I had to cut ties with so many people who were just using me for their own benefits. Wow, this something I have been struggling with, healing soul fragmentation and trauma, feeling very lost and hopeless. #3-We are in between right now - Archangel Gabriel explained this to me this way - we recently completed a huge milestone/graduation of sorts and we are like surfers... out a ways from the shore, waiting for the next swell to come so that we can paddle and catch the next wave, we are asked to be at peace, know that all is well, relax and trust/know the next wave *is* coming, to prepare - and perhaps take this time to chat with anyone else you encounter in the water who is also waiting for the next good wave to come in at which point we'll paddle and hop up on our surf boards confidently riding and enjoy the experience 🙏💜✨️ I hope this helps to give you a sense of comfort. Been listening to this meditation music for a few days. I sleep with this on loop. After a year of stagnancy, I was able to astral travel again while I also began healing my traumas from someone.
