But in tune, with all our parts harmonizing with the other parts, suddenly the world itself will be in sync with us. Your drive down the freeway will feel different, standing in line, work; everything will feel different.
Like the strings of a harp, if they are not in tune, in the proper pitch, they will vibrate like an unbalanced wheel; but tuned, in the proper pitch, the strings will vibrate smoothly, waves touch each other, crossing over each other and back again, like fluid, like water in a stream passing softly over the pebbles it encounters along its path.
Chakras are wheels of energy, and they must be balanced. This video will help you find that balance. You can't just balance one, you must balance them all if you are to find synchronicity within yourself and the world around you.

Excellent Video clip! Forgive me for chiming in, I am interested in your opinion. Have you considered - Malmenjaay Unexposed Inspiration (do a google search)? It is a good one of a kind product for discovering your mayan day sign and the clues it has to your future minus the hard work. Ive heard some amazing things about it and my cousin after a lifetime of fighting got astronomical success with it.

Meditation is about observing...
Focus on your breath... and observe your thoughts and emotions as the music changes from chakra to chakra...
If you notice pleasant thoughts and emotions... it means that particular chakra within yourself is aligned, healthy and balanced.
However, if you start to notice negative thoughts and emotions... then this could mean your chakra is damaged, unbalanced and in need of healing.
Through this 40min meditation, I realized which chakra needed focused healing, balancing and release... release of past pain-bodies... release of blockages due to emotional, psychological and spiritual pain. I saw people in my life, from family members, lovers and friends... business partners... past and present... this meditation can highlight to you which relationships are healthy and which ones are not... and which ones need healing versus which ones continue to help you grow.
When the focus on your breath during a particular chakra section yields feelings of pure bliss... I believe this is a strong signal your chakra is in the perfect state for you at this time.

How do you drop a heavy bag that you are carrying?
I know its Sunday and some speak in parables..:) but its not a regular bag, is it? One tries to drop it and it follows the around. When finally they think they dropped it, it shows its ugly head at the most innapropriate time :(
You're absolutely right.
You're going to have to keep dropping it... every time it sneaks its way back into your hands.
But if your hands are always open, then the best it can do is try to get your attention - because your hands won't be able to grab a hold of it.
So, stay conscious... stay present... remember to breathe... and feel it... don't run from it... don't judge it... don't hate it... embrace it.
Love the bag of pain.
It will either transmute into a bag of feathers that will carry you into the heaven that is the present and only moment... or be so blinded by the light of your consciousness that it retreats into darkness... far removed from yourself... since it feels more comfortable in the absence of light.
Because, as St. Augustine said: Darkness can't exist in the presence of light; only light can exist in the presence of light.
I'm not sure what Sunday has to do with it...
But speaking of the Sun (Son)...
No one can extinguish darkness.
You can bring a lit candle into a dark room and the darkness transmutes into or is replaced by the light; you cannot, however, bring darkness into a lit room.
So, the only way the pain body will be able to affect you... is to retreat into areas of yourself that are devoid of light.
If you fill your entire body and inner being with the light of your consciousness, then it will be metaphysically impossible for you to host a parasitic pain body.
The whole world is waking up...

once it was over I felt my whole body vibrate and I started to feel my body go into sleep paralysis. I was unable to talk or move. the feeling was calm and quiet. it faded slowly. it was my first time doing this
