I recently started looking into my ancestral lineage on a deeper level and basically the men and women (strong warriors) had alot of imbalances when it came to love, gender rolls, and all of the chakras heart and below were completely out of sync. I have struggled with things this entire lifetime that fit the bill perfectly for the one who will Break that generational curse, and lead with love and harmoniously balance myself with joy. Mainly because I was always thinking or getting told I was crazy all these things that crippled me in the past I have a better understanding and how to work with them to heal. Your music is very easy for me to functionally and effectively integrate into my daily routine with it being 30 mins and working on them all bottom to top. Today is the first day I have used it, however I know that it will help ground all these into all aspects of me and honor and remind me in a adventurous ritualistic type of way. If it feels like a duty or inauthentic I won't follow through so I have much gratitude and appreciation for you! Sending you and everyone all my love and light! Have a marvelous day!

In this one the throat chakra is lite blue almost then third eye is a deeper like indigo color. Then the pink is your crown chakra.. sometimes the higher chakras are a represented with different colors depending on user to user... this one is still great. Hope this helps ❤️

Always focus on your own flow of energy. Use your own cues to move your focus through the chakras. You can also use your Pinal gland (third eye) to "see" the colors of the video. Sneaking a peek is ok too. :)
@@apl9999-v3y ja, there are more. Seven are the main/common and they are located along the spine. Others are located in other places. I don't know about all of them, but, if I remember correctly, one is called "Earth Star" and located below your feet, and supposed to ground you even more than the root chakra .. research it, you may find a video.
@@apl9999-v3y but you are supposed to go to all the seven main chakras first. And after they are balanced, you can go further. For example: the navel chakra us located between sacral chakra and solarplexus chakra, but it can only be opened if they both are in balance with each other. (I read that somewhere)

I’m confused, the Crown Chakra is mentioned in the description but there’s no section for it in the video, it just ends with pink (Third Eye) ?
