► Hair Color:
This a custom color job, created by a stylist at a salon, using a professional system not available in beauty supply stores and which requires a valid cosmetology license to purchase--no I do not know the name. It cannot be recreated precisely and the shade looks different on me every time she touches it up since she blends it up on the spot and it changes shades every time I wash my hair.
Bleach was not used until the end of 2019 when we started to remove the blue from my hair. We have been lifting my hair lighter and lighter over time using developer (which is not bleach) since October of 2015. I will not post a video on how to color because I am not a licensed cosmetologist and I will not give directions on how to use chemicals that I do not have a good understanding of. If you'd like help with achieving this color, please consult a LICENSED professional who specializes in natural hair because coloring will alter your hair and can damage depending on your texture and the process.

My mom used to put this placenta treatment in my hair when I was natural a kid and when I was relaxed as a teenager and in college(my friends thought I was weird doing this). It did help with shedding and growth. I need to get back into it and use it since I back natural. Thanks for the tip

I use lots of fantasy colors and only just heard of protein treatments when one section wasn’t curling at all and Google helped me out. Had not heard of placenta at all...so I will definitely be trying this out!

I’m putting braids back in my hair now, but I’ll try almost anything to help bring back my curls. Question: does curl pattern change with age or length meaning as your hair grows, can the curls become looser? I love how your hair came out at the end of the video.

Daye La Soul I don’t I thought it was Hask but when I was looking on Amazon a couple weeks ago I could find it. But it’s in a clear bottle with blue words. And the consistency was real pearlized and kind of slimy like you could tell it was placenta. If I find it I’ll let you know cause the ones I saw on Amazon were not it unless they changed the packaging

The color didn’t strip my hair.... Removing the color broke my protein bonds and I haven’t always, I didn’t get my hair healthy until 2015/2016 but thank you lol

I used to placenta based products when I was younger my hair was nice and healthy
I use to use this all the time when I was relaxed. I honestly don't protein treat as much as I should. My hair isn't damaged but I have noticed my curls not popping as much as they used to. I might try this or at least some aphrogee.

This actually be great for ppl with generally healthy curls to use regularly vs using a hard protein treatment because it’s a leave in spray and you can layer it with whatever leave in cream you’d like to keep that moisture-protein balance!
