- Hey there everyone! I have a ~really~ different video for you guys this time, where I... SHOW MY FACE... I know, very unexpected but I've been meaning to make some more vlog-y videos for a while and decided that... Why not? I mean, aside from the fact that I'm very self conscious of my voice, appearance, filming in public, speaking in public and speaking in english, I can very well do it! So I pushed through all that and this is the final result! I really hope you like it :,) I also travelled to an art conference in another city recently and I vlogged there so... Maybe there's a vlog coming up? It was really fun and I miss it, but now I'm back and very enlightened! You might notice my style in these drawings look slightly (or a lot, idk how you see it...) different from my usual stuff? I'm breaking free from my own limitations!! Well, I'm working on it... So yeah! I'll see you next time!

-Faber Castell Polychromos pencils, in Black, Helio Turquoise and Deep Red

AAAAA THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH FOR THE OVERWHELMING SUPPORT!! Seriously, I've been reading all comments and you guys are amazing :,) I'm sorry I haven't replied, Life's been a bit busy lately, but there are some things I'd like to clear up:
1) I didn't flip the video because it looks off since the angle I'm filming at isn't directly over the sketchbook, and it's been giving some people headaches on other videos where I do flip the footage and that "off feeling" is present... I'm sorry, but there's not much I can do, since my filming area is very limited. :/
2) I'M BRAZILIAN! Sim, meus caros eu sou 100% brasileira, moro no Brasil, morei no Brasil minha vida toda, não tenho parentes que falam inglês e falo inglês nas minhas redes sociais pra alcançar um público maior porque viver de arte no Brasil não é fácil ;) Aprendi vendo clipe de música legendado na TV e vídeo de estrangeiro no RUclips kjgkdfjhg Eu já falei isso muitas vezes no instagram e em alguns vídeos, mas sempre tem quem não viu, então estamos aqui! Prazer! E muito obrigada por me apoiar

Im staying with my grandparents in a small beach town and I'm a regular at 2 local coffee shops where I sketch and everyone knows my name! But I'm a guy so I'm not sure if I can count as the aesthetic you're going for ; -_-)
Same but the only coffee shop I know is for rich people and everything is like $50 :(

only thing i could wish for this vid is that the timelapse would have been flipped upside down, so we could see your beautiful drawing right side up
On a laptop, you can press ctrl+alt+down arrow to flip your screen. To flip back, ctrl+alt+up arrow
I'm sorry, but the footage just looks wonky and off-putting when turned upside down, since the angle I'm filming isn't right above the sketchbook :,)
You can turn off screen rotation on iOS and android.

this was so therapeutic for me and inspired me to practice drawing more. The fact that this is in a coffee shop is also fitting to me and my lifestyle since I am a college student and spend most of my time at coffee shops

Really need to do stuff like this more often myself. I’ve been trying to figure out a better portable setup as my backpack has worn heavily. I like bringing my inks out when I sketch outside, but I always fear them leaking, so I’m scared! Anyways this was really relaxing and looked super fun!
