For ME the front is the most painful/intense! Didn't you have a small bird a few years ago? I used to see it pop up here and there back then. Nice transition from loosening up the quads and then into the back!
You know i get those epidural shots in my back from time to time, i have a hyperextension machine in my living room which i use in the morning for about 25 reps 2-3 sets. Sometimes i just lay relaxed hanging over on it to spend time stretching things out instead of just doing the reps. Yes my quads are TIGHT, i can feel the pain when i do certain exercises but my hams are pretty flexible! Didn't you move to LA maybe a few years ago by now from where you lived or made your previous videos before?
i run 3 different 10k trail runs per week and tried this. it hurts like hell! is that typical? dang. gonna use my massage gun and then do this roller again tomorrow. im hoping im moving bad stuff out, but also hopeful it gets less intense over time 😅
