3 angles creates a 3rd eye on form while we follow along. Enjoying movements like these ; circles, yogi squats, and your flattening pulsing forward and pulsing back repetitions, whether they're silly or not. Final stretch, rising from squat, felt amazing Waiting for the sensual flows that are going to continue your circles and any of those other movements.
Massaging the upper back and neck in these poses was a game-changer for me! It really helped to release some extra tension, and I was able to get deeper into the stretches.
omg apparently I've never stretched my shoulders before !! I could barely do the shoulder clasp behind. The hip sections I felt good! I've been doing your 10 minute hip opening almost daily and it's made such a difference !
