That engine is an Oakway SD60, one of a hundred. Importantly useless trivia on these units: They were the first units built with a 'power by the hour/mile' lease agreement. They became active in 1985/86. Nowadays, most new power is acquired under such an agreement.
I can only dream of seeing that kind of power nowadays... Awesome catch!
