I know it’s late but if you still unsure. Think of someone doing an isolated bicep curl. Only the muscle is moving the mass. If the dumbbell was too heavy the whole upper body might might help in the curl- not just the bicep. At the top off the swing imagine your whole body staying still and the club dropping because the shoulder muscle has allow the arm and club (mass) to drop. Pete did a really good lesson with a PGA pro called James- search Pete Cowan James in RUclips and you’ll find it. He shows that muscle moving the club really well.
Pete Cowen, Mike Malaska, and Gary Player, these guys sure do love to hear themselves talk, If only we could learn to play golf that way. If you book a lesson at $150 an hour with these guys, I wonder how much of it would be you standing there listening to these guys tell you how much they understand the game of golf? Yes I know theirs a little thing called a mouse and I can just click on the screen to change
How many out there binge watched Pete Cowan vids??
Fascinating. I’d love to see more of this. I’ve always struggled with the concept of the muscles moving the mass.

This is a great share. Ty for these 2 video. Do u have more from this session?
Between the wind and the poor audio I don't know what I was suppose to hear. I heard a lot of what not to do but I'ld like to hear what I should do.
To make a short story long….
of course the wind destroys the audio at the coil part that I want to hear..
best part is when the camera man looks to the floor almost in disgust of himself being outdriven by a 13 year old Rory
creator of the spiral instruction yeeeeesh
10 minutes listening and I haven’t learned anything practical. Where’s the next 10 minutes?
Haven't seen any of his advice on youtube than has any practical drills. Blah blah blah.
@@toddelsliger It's just complete waffle!!
Well … I suggest you all go and have a look at G force golf to see how it all works .. trust me it’s worth a look.

Yep-no sense paying attention to one of the world's greatest instructors! Fix me now.
I agree that he talks too much. Fortunately, for him, it seems he understands *MOVEMENT* more than most
good chance golf is not for you .
Good talker !!!!!
Pete Cowan, Master golf instructor, doesn’t know how a car works. 😂
All talk and no action.
Very simple advice he keeps it simple, like Butch Harmon
Agree
Best coach in the world
Poor audio!!! Fix this with a “clip on” type mic. What a shame to strain to hear! Also no “wind buffer” on mic!
They were recording on the sly...
I think someone caught on
Thanks for video
What’s he on about? Humans don’t have a transmission. Hasn’t a clue this lad.
Poor analogy, this is the type of guff that confuses people
Less yapping, more demonstrating coach
Terrible sound.
Talks too much …show the drill.. are shoulders too flat ! Steep?
