More information has come out there was no sexting or anything that constituted a crime in any way as stated even by twitch side of things which is highly bias against dr disrespect. Twitch management wanted to break their contract so they tried to overblow the massages but they had full access and could find no wrongdoing after arbitration which why they had to payout his contract in full. It was was all based on a corporate scam for them to try to get away without paying out his contract when high up managers just randomly decided to remove him from the platform for some of their own personal emotional reasons basically. It all clearly bullshit and I would not be surprised if twitch paid the person to make statements to create a problem for Dr disrespect the moment non-disclosure agreement ran out. Basically Twitch was mad that they had to paid him all the money and they're trying to get back at him it's nothing but a retaliation for him forcing them to pay out his contract that they tried to illegally break. Their attack was not arbitrary but seems planned why in advance.
The investigation which already took place prove there was no crime committed which means there seems to have been no videos exchanged unlike what the minor claims as that would constituted crime. They are just running a highly thought out smear campaign and ways to try to avoid twitch being directly sued for clearly arranging the smear campaign against dr.disrespect which is whats really going on.
The word of the male transvestite cam digital prostitute who clearly started under age has little value to me as this person morality is likely crazy low. This person would only have to provide proof of videos he claim he sent which requires copies of the videos to be sent to law enforcement, proof that they were sent to dr.disrespect and proof he requested them would exist in a digital record. The problem is the only communication was on twitch which clearly says he never requested such videos as that would constitute a crime when twitch clearly State nothing dr.disrespect did constituted a crime. Some we know you never asked for the videos. We do not know if the videos were ever made at all and not just lies. Had video's been sent there would be a records of that. The minor could easy provide proof that dr.disrespect requested the videos and show a record showing how they were sent if they were not lying. Real copies of the videos would only be required by law enforcement for legal proceedings but I don't think they exist because it's a much of lies.

I dont think twitch knew about the DMs until around the time they banned the Doc. Some twitch employees that wanted doc gone found the logs and reported them (because they had to). But Twitch could have kept it secret because they wanted to read peoples private dms while not explicitly saying they were doing so, but apparently I heard it is in twitch's TOS they can.

Twitch stated during is there investigation during arbitration with dr.disrespect which he win in the end there was no proof of a crime whatsoever and they had full access to the full communication log. If there was anything in the log showing he actually knew the person was under age and continue to communicate with them that would constitute crime but no such records existed even according to Twitch.
Its been 48 hours now and we still haven't seen any of the messages. With that being said, if he hasnt posted them himself to rid himself of the guilt the messages have to pretty bad and they would effect his image adversely. I think its safe to say it was definitely "inappropriate".
