    The title of this song is "Erster Merseburger Zauberspruch" or sometimes referred to as "Merseburger Zaubersprüche". It is based on a very famous text from the early Middle Ages, written in an archaic form of German. There are different versions with different melodies, but this version is pretty close to the one done by the German folk rock band Ougenweide.

      I just got the permission to upload the full CD which the game sampled from. Better quality than the 8-bit 11kHz mono version from the game for sure 😀

    It can be somehow run on Windows XP or 7

      Yes, you can run the game with DosBox, an MSDOS Emulator. In DosBox, for acceptable performance, you should set the CPU core performance to "dynamic" and then increase the cycles.
