It's really just saying the word bow. do it without the b, and say ow a bunch of times until you get it clean sounding from the throat. Then simply introduce the kick before the ow.

Now i can it easilly and i can do all basic sounds including lip roll, zipper, throat bass and i even invented my own sound, it sounds like techno duck screaming on top of that i use throat bass. JUST PRACTICE HARD AND DONT THINK YOU CANT DO IT. JUST DO IT!
Your message of practice to get better is a good point. As for your story though..what do you want, a pat on the back? Claiming that lip roll is basic, isn't helping you present yourself as a good beatboxer. It has quite the opposite effect. saying you find advanced techniques easy, doesn't make other people think "wow you must be really good if you thought that was basic" .....you just come across as an arrogant person who has watched a couple of tutorials. If you're that good put a video out.
Can you please do a tutorial on Reeps one's inward drag technique . My inward drag is close to perfect but its just inhale/outhale i tryid watching some tutorials about reeps drag on youtube, tryid to figure it out by myself but i still cant get the exact way his doing it :>.Subbed and ty for awesome videos ^_^
