    1. Relationships- I seem to struggle with just about every relationship, including with myself.
    2. Emotional Dysregulation- I get overwhelmed with my own feelings on a regular basis, second guessing how I am feeling and what I should be doing about it. Questioning if I handled something correctly gets so boring. I am awful projecting on other cars while driving, calling people names like cheesedick if they pull out in front of me.
    3. Hyper Vigiliance/Anxiety- my gut is always tight, I am always trying to sigh, take a deep breath and let my shoulders relax. My neutral state is alone in a darkened room at home smoking weed while hanging out on my computer. I over analyze everything and am waiting for the next terrible thing to happen. Feels like I am always in trouble, but I don't know why.
    4. Low self-esteem- I know my testosterone if very low with my autoimmune, my inner critic is awful, I have very high standards for myself and others, nobody ever measures up - including me. I don't even know what winning actually means.
    5. Cognitive Issues- I journal but there are gaps in my childhood, but when I put things in order I can see how several traumatic events were on the build up to a big crash.
Sleep- I am always sleepy and never able to relax and take a nap, despite being home a lot and out of work. I am up with a bolt at 5am and rarely can go back to sleep. I would listen for the sounds of my step dad upstairs for cues.
    6. Chronic Illness- I have asthma, hashimotos, adrenal burnout, exzcema, low testosterone, gout, cushings syndrome....I keep finding new ones.
    7. Self Sabotage- I quit drinking 12 years ago but for a long time I was taking it all out on myself.
I have major trauma from my childhood, but I am hopeful that I can get better in time.
    8. Wounds- so many.

I would say that most of the 8 signs you listed are true for me. It's only been within the past few years that I started learning about how my past experiences have affected me as an adult. I started a really deep dive 2 years ago after I experienced a flashback and was told I have CPTSD.
I'm really enjoying your sessions videos, Dr. Kim!

This sounds like what I have gone through. I was loved (I didn’t experience abuse) I have a strong connection to my mom and grandma but I had a very chaotic childhood due to being in a divorce household and a family history of substance abuse. I also show signs of ADHD and/or ASD but I was never diagnosed. My daughter was diagnosed with ASD and ADHD, extroverted and is under the PDA Autistic profile

🦉Peace & Greetings. Within Perception vs Perception, with most, not all key points you’ve made. What parts would differentiate those with, let’s say, Astronomical Birth Signs Character Traits?
