The arex delta Gen 2 is hugely underrated. Drop a 4.5# Glock striker spring in it for a even better trigger. I wanna see that magwell and threaded barrel in the USA
Gotta recommend against a 4.5lb striker spring, homie. I've had a few light strikes with Blazer Aluminum.

That two-tone gray is just too sexy, almost like a SNES controller. Arex knows how to use strong geometric shapes to create some attractive looking pistols.

The Delta Gen 2 is *criminally* underrated; It's basically an affordable Glock Gen 5 MOS.
I feel like Glocks are pretty affordable, but they are overpriced for what you get.
A Gen 5 MOS shouldn't be more than $600 imo
Glocks shouldn't sell for more than $400 if you ask me. You can build an optics-ready G19 clone from parts for under $300, and that'll be true for the G17 soon enough.

Main reason to get a Glock is the aftermarket support and the reliable name brand.
The Dagger, Stoeger, Arex pistols beat out Glock in terms of features out of the box and or the price.
@@OfficialFedHater Dagger yes, Arex arguably yes (Arex magazines aren't super cheap but they're not the most expensive either), Stoeger absolutely not. 15-round stoeger mags are almost $50 while 17-round magazines for the STR-9F flat out don't exist on our mortal plane.

I'm a dealer for Arex. I'm a certified gunsmith and licensed FFL dealer. I just started to carry Arex pistols about 8 months ago and they are great pistols. I actually carry a Arex Delta Gen2 L with the AP custom aluminum trigger For my personal firearm. Great price you will not be disappointed

You won't be disappointed. It's a Glock 19 but better! Keep in mind, this company has been making guns for their military for quite a while. Ian over at Forgotten Weapons has some really informative videos on them, and his Arex pistol.

Great video as always James long time follower! Praying that Arex will indeed make a "Micro Delta" model with the ideal capacity being between 10-13 rounds and a carry gun to replace both my P365 and P365XL.
Even making the Delta 2.0 M frame just a bit shorter and concealable. - Similar to CZ P-10 S.
The positive side to the Delta is being able to buy the shorter grip module and mags if not already in the works.
CZ's answer to the Micro Compact market however, was an underwhelming 8 round single stack( P-10 M).
I believe Arex would be a major competitor and I feel it will strongly appeal to the women's market in either a Micro or Sub Compact offering. Especially with the incredible value and price point that Arex offers.
I would order several from Global Ordnance in Sarasota in an instant.

The Arex is a gun I've never had an opportunity to experience, but would really like to.
I have to admit it's a bit Snappy but other than that it's a great pistol,a couple times it wasn't going all the way in the battery but that corrects itself with break-in period use. I'm very happy with my Delta 2 M!

Yep, compare the specs on a Delta M with a 365 Macro, and the Delta is surprisingly svelte, while maintaining a full set of ambi controls.
they should make a sick pistol chassis. make it all cool looking too. the polymer ones are cool, but maybe an aluminum would be absolutely badass.

Arex needs to drop a slim frame=shield plus. Even though the delta m isn't MUCH much larger.
My Gen2 M I just got shoot way low and left. I understand I can tap the rear sight for horizontal adjustment, but how do I bring zero up??
I would love to see them release a Glock 34 size Delta Gen 2. It's my favorite Glock, and I would be compelled to check out their version of that.

I still can't find any information out there about the Gray Wolf model (US or otherwise). It LOOKS like the slide is longer than the L, but maybe it's just an L slide on an X frame?

well... Sorry guys but I have already done my slide in Battle ship grey with the grey frame.. also dis a nice stipple and blacked out a few select areas on the frame. LOVE this weapon.. but gee whiz I would appreciate it if somebody would make a stainless steel striker rod collar instead of the plastic one. that is the ONLY thing i would really like to change. The magazine buttons? I used a new craft knife to trim down the plastic dam around each button and now they feel LIKE extended buttons but they aren't! cost a grand total of... NOTHING! GREAT FIREARM!

id say the only con, is that the deltas don't handle reloaded ammo well. like at all. it's not recommended by Arex. but mine is awesome, been doing a lot of training with it. thinking about getting another. I carry the M frame and do training classes and range time with the X frame for the mag capacity. easy switch too.
Is that because it has a supported chamber, unlike a Glock which eats anything at the expense of fine accuracy?

@@antoniodanilodecarvalhotei8883 pull weight, take up, break, etc are pretty much identical to the polymer trigger as far as I can tell. The trigger itself is more comfortable and ergonomic, which makes shooting the gun that much more enjoyable. I have 2 Deltas, only one has the aluminum trigger and I'm considering putting one on the other gun, haven't decided yet.
Changing the striker spring to a 4.5 lb glock striker spring helps lower the weight of the break. I had some issues with light strikes though, ammo related. I went back to the stock 6 lb spring. No issues after that. Trigger is just fine stock imo, just needs a decent break in.

Just pure marketing. Arex isn't great at it, they're making up for it by putting out an excellent product at a ridiculously affordable price for what you're getting and relying on word of mouth from there.

95% sure it uses the expired patent on the Glock Gen 3, but is heavily optimized from there. Amazingly good trigger, super lightweight overall.

Piece of crap gun…. So many issues with the L i got, L standing for lemon. Never had a pistol fall apart like the one i got

@@Sneedmeister the trigger failed to reset while dry firing. Did that for a long time until it stopped on its own. The firing pin cocking indicator broke off in under 1k rounds. Its a known issue that was supposedly beefed up in the gen2 to try to fix but it still happens. They say it doesnt affect functionality but why incorporate a feature that quickly becomes a non feature. On one range trip, while firing the pistol, the slide popped off the frame after firing a shot…. Never had any pistol do any of those things….

What type of rounds were you using? Normal loads or "bubbas pissing-hot loads"?

@@MikeJ2319 not a nightmare, just a huge disappointment, i was hype to get this pistol… now i cant even get rid of it because i’ll get next to nothing for it, its going to sit in a closet somewhere collecting dust….
