In my opinion it is better for the safety that back seat passengers also use the seatbelt while we drive in express ways ( in Other counties all passengers must use the seatbelt both front and rare as per the law). Because when we use brake unexpectedly due to a obstruction (for example An Animal, or slow speed vehicle or any accidents in front of us) while we drive in express ways above 100km speed the impact for the passengers who don’t use the seatbelt in back seat will be more dangerous and life threatening. So it it is better that everyone in the vehicle should use the seatbelt. And government must implement the law to ensure everyone use the seatbelt . Moreover it’s important for our on safety.
The reason to write this comment is that I have came to know in few years before a malayalee ejected from the back seat while an accident happened in a express way in Canada and that person died , police said that the person was off the seat belt while the accident happened. Secondly in your video I saw both passengers in back seat are not using the seat belt including the kid . In Canada up to 8 years old kids must use proper child seat according to their weight and size and parents have the responsibility to make sure their children are safe otherwise parents will be punished.
I just wrote this to show how the things happens around us and to encourage everyone to care about our safety in road.
