This is a home made setup. I bought an old truck plow from a junk yard, bought a couple new hydraulic cylinders and hoses, a quick mount plate from Amazon for the tractor and I had a plow mount off it a utv that we modified and reinforced to fit the skid loader quick attach plate

It the stock stereo that came with the tractor. Nothing special

That’s badass!! Good craftsmanship. I’m looking for something similar. Just ordered a kioti.
