In this video, we show you how to create perfectly spaced topstitching with the Stitch Guide Foot. The built in ruler is great for parallel stitching and works wonderfully with a twin needle!

Omg this is Amazing as I struggle a little with straight lines as I have poor sight in one of my eyes thank you so much
I knew i could count on this channel, which I am subbed to, to show me how to use this presser foot.
Thank you so much for subscribing!
Nice.Thanks.l like the way u explained. God bless you dear👌
Thank you for your kind words!
It depends what kind of design you are doing and what your pattern calls for. For instance, say I am doing some topstitching on a flat felled seam of some jeans. I already have the seam stitch as my starter stitch. Next I just need to know how many millimeters I want the next stitch to be from the seam stitch. If I have a pattern that calls for 6 decorative lines in the middle of a skirt panel, instead of chalking out 6 lines, I can chalk one line and go from there.
Can you do a video using the proper machine size needle with the proper thread thickness or size. I'm having problems with that thanks!
Very Easy to Follow. Tq
Fantastic❤
Thanks for Toturial.
Saya sekeluarga ambil yg haq sahaja.lain lain tiada.Dulu kini Dan selamanya.
I just love your videos. They have been so helpful for me. I was wondering if you could also translate the metric into inches for we metric challenged People. lol
2.5mm is 1/8ish. i think. not sure as I am metric not inches lol. most standard rulers come with both, I just go by those measures, and my sewing machine has both as well. so I don't even think about it. 3/8 is between 4 and 5 mm or .5cm so 1/8 is about 2 to 2.5 mm.
Hi, with a stitch guide foot - a sewn out stitch line should be present first for the guide to follow? What if the fabric does not have a line to follow - this would not be good to use?
Do you have to use a dual needle?
Can you use this to hem up the bottom of a pair of pants you want to take up?
i have a foot that looks like an adjustable zipper foot but it doesn't move what foot could it be?
What is the part number please? I am not finding it on the website. Is this foot compatible with Brother SE 400? Thank you
Can I use that in janome? Thank you
Yes, I hope they send me a coupon like they promised,
Hi, Patricia! May I ask what coupon you are referring to?
I saw on your web site that if I signed up you'd send me a coupon toward a purchase
Would this b ok to do 5mm st from edge of material as I made bear only need small seam
Yes, you definitely can!
Is the Stitch guide foot the same as the sew easy foot
It's not the same as the Sew Easy Foot. The Sew Easy Foot has a built in adjustable seam gauge with the most popular seam allowance. It's similar, but not the same.
Should have used white material with black thread so we could see your work. Material was puckered
Okay, what is that translated into inches?.. LOL for we metric challenged folks.
