You talk too fast. Keep in mind that your videos are seen all over the world and many people's ability to listen to English is limited and it takes more time to take in what is being said!
I don’t think they are talking too fast. This is a pretty normal pace and as instructional video I appreciate them being respectful of my time. I’m not sure if you know this already but RUclips has speed controls under the gear icon. You can slow down the speech if you want.
