What kind of water do you use? Hard or Soft? Bottled or Still? Filtered or Unfiltered? Scented or Unscented? Flavored? Zero calorie? Any electrolytes for re-hydrating? JK ....sort of

I will try to make it to the show, I live in NYC, I’m new in the shoe community (mostly dress boots) with a couple of Carminas, C&J, TLBs, RM Williams and currently waiting in my forever order of my Meccariello Proteo Norwegian boot which is what I want to talk to you about, it’s been a nightmare for me and this order, they’re forcing me for over a month with dozens of emails to measure my feet for a made for your order, which I don’t care just get me my size 13US standard and ship it already, within that time I’ved ordered 2 TLB Mallorca Artista boots,made for my order I wore them every excellent he even emailed me himself and no problem, but Mecarrielo costumer service is lousy and pretentious, they have the typical European attitude that we are lucky to buy their product, no, I’m American and the costumer is always right, now I’m dealing with a wrong address issue with Mecarriello and they don’t reply my emails, who knows if I’ll even show up to the Trunk show wearing them, total disaster. But I really want those boots 🤣 I hope Meccariello don’t read this and be like the Seinfeld Soup Nazy “👺No boots for you‼️ next!”.

Yeah I can empathize but meccariello MTO and tlb are very different. Tlb is quite standard Spanish sizing and they are made in a factory. While meccariello is definitely not standard sizing and they would rather get the size right, and it take longer than get you the pair right away and end up not fitting you. I obviously only know what you’ve commented here, plus a uk12 more likely a uk12.5 is probably not stocked. So that’s typically a 5-7 month wait. They’re legitimately made by hand and I’d just suggest measuring your foot following their website directions if you haven’t already. Best to get the right size rather than end up with a $2000 boot you can’t wear.

@@Shellvedge Damn good info then thanks, I think then when I get these Meccariellos since it will be my first pair of that deep of quality product I will understand it more, like I said I’m new to this, I did measure my feet like they said and you’re right when I get them in person I already know they will end up being my favorite 🤣 good things come with pain !
