I actually own both a Wooting and a Polar 65, I have my time on my Wooting but I do really enjoy my Polar 65 so far. It’s very nice, the case feels solid and the rapid trigger feels amazing. The keyboard also has a nice two tone color of black and white which I love along with the extra key caps that add some personality. I love both keyboards so far, but I will say the Polar is bang for the buck considering it’s only 120 compared to the 170 price mark of the Wooting.
ehh coming from custom wooting build myself I would still still get a wooting and just customize it myself especially with the module being a thing now.Better switches coming out to hotswap the wooting, best software out of any company and its not even arguable, and you can just but better stabs and get a aluminum case.If you wanna be smart and know your getting the best on the market the wooting is just far and away in its own league.
That is very true. Then again a lot of people just want to buy a keyboard, put it on their desk and never have to worry about it again. Also a big thing is the lack of layouts wooting has, if they made a 65 percent I can easily see that being the king for a lot of people
yep i do agree, and now that there are keyboards like the boog75 that i heard is rivaling the wooting in performance and its stock performance is really nice id say that people should get that.im currently maining the apex pro tkl since i let my friend borrow my wooting to see if he likes its,and the apex feels like straight bogus except for the rapid trigger🤣 @@snekxs
Main advantage of Wooting is ultra low latency. Rapid Trigger is useless if the latency is high (apparently this Polar 64 has very middling / average latency).
@ast830 good plastic with foam > cheap aluminium wooting rapid trigger > other oem rapid triggers wooting stabs > polar65 wooting as a company > everyone trying to copy them

is it possible remap fn key to others?

should I select all keys to rapid trigger?
Personally I would. Haven't had any issues at all where it affected the typing experience out of game
@@snekxs cool ordering it today for $144 total thanks man
Does it work on consoles like PlayStation
Wouldn't be worth it with the input lag surely lol
just because it has rapid trigger doesn't mean it's a Wooting competitor
So what would you consider a wooting competitor?
How does the spacebar sound? I've heard its a bit rattly.
Have a sound test at 4:56
Thanks! Missed that part of the sound test idk how
@@iamhotspurs12 it was pretty rattly for me but I used holee + tape + lube for space bar and it sounds a lot better
@@1yum Ok! kinda sucks Im just getting into keyboards so I have no supplies, gotta buy lube too I guess.
Great video man 😄
How the rgb look at night ?
amazing
don't step aside wooting.
Definitely step aside wooting.
65>60
aluminum>plastic
And it's less expensive easy choice for me atleast.

No shot you said that the stabs on the wooting are better
@Snekxs they literally are broski
dunno bout your copy but mine sounds heaps better
@@rxdzyythe Polar 65 stabs, build quality, and sound is much better tf you mean
or you mean stop copying wooting?
