Thank you for sharing your stitching and quilting. I love samplers. Your stitching style is unique (top center). I tend to do medium size samplers. The crochet on the edge of the quilt gives it a warm cozy look.
thank you…. I normally start where the center is marked on the top of the boarder…. I love crocheting I’ve been doing since I was a kid so I found a video on yt that showed that technique so I wanted to try it so far I like it a lot just wonder how durable it will be.

congratulations on your beautiful finish of Elizabeth Manners. We have a lot of common Hands Across the Sea Samplers in our stash. My Ann Dale is being worked on 40 count, that I dyed myself. I started with plain white, then dyed in a caramel as a base colour very light, then used some pink and chocolate - they are all dyes from Rit. I experimented with the level of colours to get the shades that I was looking for. Happy stitching, Nerissa

samplers by guys would be awesome if you don’t want them…. yes anywhere in the south is hot and humid just try to stay hydrated… yes children are wonderful miniature people that we learn from daily…. thank you so much for you comment….. ❤️ the pineapple quilt has got to be one of my favorites I think I have made so far….
