A species of diatom under the microscope

Diatoms are a microalgae that produce around 20-50% of Earth's oxygen, absorb over 6.7 billion tonnes of silicon annually, and make up nearly half of the ocean's organic material. Whoa.
This one was in some green moss in the back yard, which was soaked in the distilled water. I found several types of microorganisms from a single drop.
