The game goes from classic horror like werewolves and vampires to more HP Lovecraft eldritch horrors by the end. It’s the first game I ever platinumed and it’s fantastic
😎🤟🤩
It's the only master piece we will see.
I agree. I loved bloodborne.
Blood borne 2!why aren't u real!?
@@koalachan6029 hey, at least we get Elden Ring soon!
Definitely have to watch all the souls borne trailers starting with:
1.- demon's souls
2.-dark souls
3.-dark souls 2
4.- dark souls 3
(All the trailers for each game)
At least bloodborne is done good job 🖒
They definitely need to react to Sekiro and Elden Ring as well.
Believe I played demon souls awhile ago, but maybe thinking of another game. 🤔
@@DefinitelyNotDefinitiveGames They remade Demon's Souls and released it last year so you may have played the original 2009 version
Don't forget Sekiro Shadows Die Twice.
1. sekiro
Asking for an "all boss fights" reaction is a little optimistic considering the amount of bosses and the time it takes to beat them normally, but if you're interested in more Bloodborne, you should check out Ludwig the Accursed and Vicar Amelia boss fights.
Well, nothing is out of realm of possibility. Maybe not soon but in the future 🙃🤗
@@DefinitelyNotDefinitiveGames For the record, we're talking about 22 bosses in the entire game (dungeon bosses not included) and while obviously they're not all mandatory for the story to progress, those that *are* mandatory are spoilers so if any one of you two is planning to play this game then... You have been warned. :D
I would love to see their reaction to the bosses as they are main points of the story of whether you advance or stay behind.

“This would be a fun world to explore.” No this world would be your worst nightmare ever. This is a world overflowing death, corruption and insanity and you would be alone to soldier through an beasts and eldritch abominations that will eventually destroy your humanity.
The world of Bloodborne is honestly a love letter to HP Lovecraft and there’s great attention to detail. This is probably Hidetaka Miyazaki Magnum Opus because it’s beautifully, haunting and disturbing in the best way possible.
More so fun to explore in game. But totally agree exploring in real life would be terrible 😧
Thank you so much for reacting to my favorite game, your theories about the game's plot were really fun to hear! If I have to summarize the game's story, I'd say it would be something like this:
We create our character, a foreigner who travels to Yharnam, the city where the game is set, to seek a remedy for their illness. Yharnam is runned by an institution called the Healing Church, who uses a mysterious blood as a healing medium, known as blood ministration.
Though as you heard in the trailers, the blood is foul, and people start turning into hideous beasts. This is where hunters come into play, their job is to kill any beast they encounter roaming the streets, but most of the hunters become blood-thirsty and transform into beasts, too, which turns this beast hunting into an endless cycle.
Our character arrives in the worst of nights. There are nearly no survivors in the city, the few who are still human are locked up in their houses and the beasts rule the streets. Your character has to make their way deeper into the city to halt the source of the scourge and put an end to the chaos.
The story gets way more intricate and convoluted the more we advance, shifting from a victorian gothic beast-hunting plot to a lovecraftian cosmic horror, so that's pretty much what I can summarize. Cheers!
Thanks for getting more into the story for us. Seems like a fascinating game and we’ve heard the lore is worth checking out and getting into as well 😃
@@DefinitelyNotDefinitiveGames No problem! May I suggest making a reaction of the in-game cutscenes from both the main game and the DLC? They would be really confusing to watch since there would be missing context, but I think that would make the reaction even more fun to watch, cheers!
If you haven’t noticed, the man at 13:35 is Father Gascoigne, the hunter that helped you in what I think was the 2nd/3rd trailer. He can be summoned to help you in the area before you inevitably fight him
Yharnim, Lordron and Lotheric were so fun to explore! I need to pick up playing Bloodborne again
😎🤟
RUclips randomly recommended your video to me and now I really want to see you react to the full game. Bloodborne has one of the hardest platinum trophies to get (that doesn't involve a lot of boring fetch quests or crafting--looking at you, Kingdom Hearts) and the aesthetic is off the CHARTS. as it is, I really enjoyed seeing your reaction to the trailers and I hope at some point you get to experience the full story for yourselves.
Glad we got randomly recommended to you. We heard this game is intense and might be above our skill level but we are super curious about it so wouldn’t mind checking out some more stuff from it to see if maybe we can pull off playing it and beating it 😊
yall bought to make me act up with this one. the whole soulsborn series is one of my favorite games ever the stories are so god dam good its unreal
😎🤟🥳
greetings from Turkey. Keep going like that
Thank you! 🥳🥳

Oh they're still going like that 😎
The weapons in this game made this so unique, like very few weapons had the same mechanic as others
😎🤟
LOL.....i am so glad you reacted to this. Just repeating what I said but I knew you would enjoy this.
😊🥳
The link I sent you with the bloodborne bosses does not have all of them. It's more or less the majority to give you a feel of what to expect but I'm surprised those that put the boss trailer together for bloodborne did not include every single boss.
Thanks for the heads up 🙂
"I hope [the carriage] is empty"
*Well yes but actually no*

Haha yeah have gotten that before 🤗
You look like concerned parents totally baffled at their children's favorite game: "Who would make this sickening stuff?"
🤣
@@DefinitelyNotDefinitiveGames Thanks for the response. BTW, Bloodborne is one of my favorite games from last gen. Quite an experience that one needs to play to fully appreciate. However, it's also the bloodiest and most morbid title yet from Miyazaki's team.
You character is a Hunter searching to find the source of a blood-borne disease, through the decrepit gothic, victorian-era-inspired city of Yharnam, whose inhabitants are afflicted with the disease. Have a great day or night.
Thanks for the quick explanation 😃
A fun world and a BIG world which makes it that much better and bloodier. LOL
One word for this game; MASTERPIECE.
🥳🥳😎🤟🤩
SO excited for this one
🥳🥳
I died a lot, lol. Bloodborne was my first From Software game, then I played all them. Definitely addictive. Now I buy all games from From in the pre-sale.

I just beat Bloodborne today The Moon Presence was one hard fucking boss fight I mean holy hell
We heard there were a bunch of hard boss fights in this. Congrats on beating it!! 🥳🥳🥳🍾🥂
This game is a masterpiece. Beautiful and grotesque in equal parts.
🤩😁
Started playing dark souls recently, never enjoyed a game where I've no idea what the hell is going on with the story so much.
😂 have heard Dark Souls is a ton of fun and also super confusing. Seems to be there of these Fromsoftware games 🙃🤗
Its ok to be confusing :D I didnt like it af first either.
The game never had a direct Narrative... you had to piece together everything to decipher the lore. The lore itself is very good :D check Vatividya's channel if you are interested tho.
@@nyizaw8335 oh don't get me wrong I love the game just have no clue what's going on, but it adds to the intriguing nature of the game and I love games that do the hidden passages and short cuts ect.
@@calvinheslop2585 well in that case I completely agree 😁 without other people deciphering it for me I would have never invested in it either

This game... I finished it two weeks ago and... I regret I didn't play it much sooner, but I also regret I did play it, because it spoiled every other game for me lol Like, I started to play a few games now and all I think is "Cool, I could play Bloodborne right now< too". Other games feel so boring and stale now. Damn you Bloodborne, I love you ;__; Thank you both so much to reacting to this!
Glad you enjoyed the game so much! Have you played the other fromsoftware games as well? 😀
Yeah that game has a buzzsaw on a stick which can be a overgrown surgical saw to sushi monsters up
Fun fact on it xd
Also a favorite weapon of mine lmao
Can see that being a favorite weapon 😁
I am in love with the Dark Souls & Bloodborne series of games and especially the lore behind everything. It would be amazing to watch both of you embark on that journey as I did back then! & I would also, if playing is not an option rn, maybe watch some videos that explain the lore, from the YT channel VaatiVidya! Much love! 🤍💪🏼
Have heard the lore is fun to dive into 😃
@@DefinitelyNotDefinitiveGames yes it definitely is!
Not to spoil a whole lot, but... The baby in the carriage is uhhh, less and more than human all at once. And not at all a vampire.
Fear the Old Blood. It flows within you too...
😯🤔
First game I ever wanted to Platinum. Masterpiece. Ever single Souls game is.
i love this channel
🥰☺️🤗🥳
Fear the old blood!
😈
Now you guys have to reveiw all the souls game videos and sekiro
We are contractually obligated 😁🥳
Fun fact: I used to think that Bloodborne was supposed to mean "born by blood" but the way it's written actually mean "transmitted through blood" because the term "borne" is used in medical field to describe how certain diseases spread, you know airborne, waterborne... *Bloodborne.*
So given how a certain fictionnal disease and blood are both very important in the game, this title is actually even better than I though.
That is a fun fact because we assumed born as well. It’s that extra “e” that changes it all 🤩
tbh it's correct either way. The disease is born from blood. Hunters are creature born from blood. It's symbolism as to how blood define, create, and destroy every single aspect of Yharnam. Definitely a nice touch, and the title is more appropriate then the initial "Project Beast"
We all born form the blood. made men dy the blood. Undone by the blood. fear the old blood
@@jerichoswain5041 Our eyes are yet to open
Thought that was kind of obvious bro
The weapon in the last trailer is know officially as the 'Whirligig saw' however seasoned hunters refer to it as the 'Pizza Cutter' You can probably guess why
Haha, both names work for sure. Whirligig saw sounds kinda fun to say though 😊
This game in my opinion is the best game from the soulsborne series. The story is so engaging and you just get so lost in the world and its a challenge too and graphics and the fights from tiny enemies all the way down to the big bad bosses. This game never disappoints. Im always returning to experience it over and over 🥰🥰
☺️😎🤟🥳
The Old Hunters expansion you saw at the end is amazing. The whole game is good but the expansion manages to step it up. It's some seriously cryptic stuff about something someone did to someone somewhere long ago, now you deal with it.
The game is more so about Lovecraftian stuff than vampires, but there are sort of vampires in the game aswell, but they're called the Vilebloods of Cainhurst.
The surface level story is basically about someone finding some god blood when realizing that it cures all illnesses. A church is formed around it, then it turns out that the blood turns people into spooky beasts so the church hires the hunters to go around purging. Thats a very simple surface level version of events.
The old hunters is amazing literally one of the best things I've ever played and its only 4 bosses
@@shashumga7778 there are 5 bosses in the dlc
Oh, god blood sounds cool. And that’s crazy the expansions are even better! Usually expansions can be good but rarely measure up to original full story 😃🤩😯
@@cyberchocobo7006 Yup, one of them is a hidden boss - and also a nightmare. And no, I am not talking about the two sharks.
@@DefinitelyNotDefinitiveGames if they sold the old hunters as a separate game for 60 dollars I would simply say “you are selling it at too low of a price.” It is that good of an expansion.
Favorite game, flat out. Top of my list for best of all time.
RE: Weapon - All weapons in the game are 'trick' weapons, having two forms, there are combos where you can switch back and forth, giving you more combat options. The Saw-Cleaver has a hinge in the middle that flips open and closed, like an oversized straight razor.
Edit: Vampires/werewolves/Blood etc - The game focuses on body horror and blood contagions, not actual vampirism (though they hint at the subject), so as people partake of blood as medicine or are exposed to it, they become more bestial...
Oh nice. Love the hinting at vampirism. Almost as if this was an origin story for them 😯🤩
Definitely one hell of a game. In my top five. Might even be #1 but we'll see. LOL
Yes just yes
This is literally one of my favorite games of all time literally top 3 love you guys so much thank you
I always enjoyed yalls reactions its adorable and especially for this game thank you :)))
Glad you enjoyed it and we got to cover one of your top 3 games 😃🥳
Praise the sun and fear the old blood
Where does bloodborne place among your ranks, good hunter??
I used to laugh at people who got so angry with a video game that they would break their controllers. Then I played Bloodborne. Almost gave me a stroke playing this game, seriously.
Haha, have heard this can be super frustrating 😂🤗
@@DefinitelyNotDefinitiveGames yea....it makes playing hide and seek with someone who can turn invisible look like a cake walk
bloodborne has such a great atmosphere and you both would love the lore. I suggest diving deep into the lore behind bloodborne, some stories are really sad. as it is for all fromsoftware games.
Have it on our request list to check out for future reactions 🙃
I think all the stories in bloodborne are sad bruh
YESSSSS I'm so glad to see this in my recommended! This game is a masterpiece of the highest caliber.
😎🤟
If you two ever get the chance to react to all the Bloodborne bosses, that would be sooo awesome, it would take a while but it'd be worth it! the boss designs are unlike anything I've ever seen and super intense ^^
We may end up doing that down the road 🙃
This game takes serious inspiration from the works of H.P. Lovecraft
😎🤟
Yeah, and i like the way they start it off. All you get to know in the beginning is that there is a blood curse turning people into beasts, but as you delve more into the game you gradually get into the H.P Lovecraft lore. It was so unexpected, and i loved it :)
This game, and Dark Souls, were written by Hidetaka Miyazaki. as a kid he loved reading fantasy books but couldn't read english perfectly so he just made stuff up to fit the gaps, which is something reflected by the stories of his games. they give you these story breadcrumbs and puzzle pieces and leave it to you to figure out how it all fits in the grand picture. Gives it a great sense of mystery
😎🤟🤩
I would love to see you guys play this game and discover one of the most amazing and twisted stories ever created, it is a completely mindblown of an experience!
Now you need to react to the whole Dark Souls intros! they are amazing!
Yes more Fromsoftware vids will happen in future 🥳
Ah yea, the greatest weapon in the game: the feculent pizza cutter
😂 can that be it’s official name if it isn’t already
@@DefinitelyNotDefinitiveGames well I’d have to say…it’s definitely not definitive 😎😎😎 but yes, the pizza cutter is the preferred name amongst hunters 🎩
It's official name is the Wirligirg saw. But yeah, we call it the pizza cutter or chainsaw oreo
I want to see you guys actually play this game. People love watching players play this game for the first time with no guides.
But are we skilled enough to actually beat it 😂🤗
@@DefinitelyNotDefinitiveGames that’s not the question 😂 it’s a hard game but not because of bs reasons you need to time you’re attack to make sure you’re not going to be hit it’s really a game about timing but the experience you get by playing any soulsborn game is unlike any other
@@DefinitelyNotDefinitiveGames The game is difficult when it comes to muscle memory and timing, but the controls are very simple. You guys could always start with the Demon's Souls remake. Demon's Souls is much easier (for me) and it was the introduction to this genre for most people.
Love bloodborne especially since it starts off feeling like a Gothic London werewolf game and ends up turning into creepy cosmic horror.
Ahoooooooo Werewolves on London! 😁🥳🤟
A couple of questions answered:
1. The weapon that bethany wanted to know is called the saw cleaver. Every weapon in this game has two forms.
2. The boss that screams alot is called the cleric beast and is based on a wendigo!
3. The weapon Ken likes is called the whirligig saw (not a typo lmao)
4. The baby is not the last baby! But I won't spoil anything
If you guys ever decide to play it please learn what stats do what and how weapon scaling works. It's a little hard but learning it will save you the effort of restarting a file because you learned too late.
It's my #1 game but it is not easy so prepare yourself.
Love you guys and your content
Thanks so much for answering our questions and giving us some tips on how to play if/when we decide to 😃
Oh, I'd like to suggest something, if it's okay! Since we're on the month of scary things, I suggest you two check out Little Nightmares or Little Nightmares 2! I think the second was scarier, but they're wonderfully unique pieces of horror gaming! Love your content!
I'll second that. Don't have any experience with the first one, but I've watched a couple different playthroughs of Little Nightmares 2 and I don't think I've ever been so anxious as a backseat gamer/viewer as some sequences in that game made me lol. Some areas I was legit just yelling "NOPE, NOPE NOPE-NOPE-NOPE" at the screen lol.
We do have those on our list to check out even if we don’t get to them this month ☺️🥳
The baby isn't that important iirc. The story of Bloodborne is really hard to explain, but the gist of it is that there is a beast plague that turns all those who consumed blood into beasts. The reason for the continued consumption and use within the world is because of the medical benefits. As a hunter, it's your job to go out at night and kill the beasts, only for some reason this night is the worst of the whole. You don't really have much of an origin story beyond what you choose in the character creation, you're just some guy/girl who's decided to go to Yharnam (the home of blood healing). It doesn't really have much of anything to do with vampires beyond the consumption of blood. What the game is trying to teach you is really up to the player's own perspective as Whether any character in this story is a/the Hero or Villain is entirely up for debate, as many of the bosses we kill are not particularly villainous. In particular a lot of the optional bosses are just minding their own business when we bust in on them and start wrecking up the place.
The one that always stood out to me was the Blood Starved Beast. We come across another Blood Starved Beast strung up crucified and being worshiped by other Beasts that emulate BSB by wearing Bedsheets over their head and have a clear semi-priestly hierarchy going on, to the point that the big ones can even fulfill the role of Clerics in most RPGs and Heal their comrades.
When we find the Living BSB we find him in a dilapidated church just sitting and waiting. It is not restrained, or in any way locked in this church, I mean there isn't even a door and its looking right at the exit you arrive through. It's like it is in a Self-Imposed Fast, preparing itself, starving itself, to be sacrificed as the previous one was.
All of this hints pretty well that the Beasts are in fact still intelligent, and even beginning to organize themselves into their own society. Though there are other hints throughout the story that could point otherwise to many different conclusions which is what makes it so special in my opinion. The story as a whole is so hard to understand and navigate, but it's one of the best there is honestly. Thank you so much for reacting to it!!
Our pleasure! Thanks so much for helping explain the game a bit more to us 😃☺️
BloodBorne. One of my favorite games of all time. It’s very heavily inspired by LoveCraft horror. It has a good bit of cosmic horror and other things you can connect to old HP LoveCraft stories. It’s really fun and brutal as hell. It’s just really fun game that I got all the trophies for, even the old hunters DLC. Many moments in that game that I will forever remember experiencing. Especially 2 specific bosses that gave me so much trouble but I eventually took down alone without help. That being The Orphan of Kos, and Ludwig the accursed. Oh man Ludwig’s music is just too too good.
☺️
I’m still trying to beat bloodborne and it has inspired me to make a character that I’ve worked for a quite a long time but I have to say everything about is awesome but story and lore is quite interesting
Also the 3 people that are fighting the boss is father Gascigonie (sorry I misspelled that) he is a Hunter like you and well I don’t want to spoil the rest but I good channel I recommend is VaatiVidya he talks about the lore and characters of fromsoftware worlds
Thanks for the channel rec! 😃
@@DefinitelyNotDefinitiveGames yea vaatividya is a dictionary for anything soulsborn any questions you might have vaati will answer it
I love the look when the dog came out at the beginning. Your face just sank right in and that is the emotion that strikes at people with Bloodborne; disgust, fury, anxious, scared, surprise (especially with the bosses....lol). Also, I am gonna try and find a video with ALL of the bosses because this is a game you can't afford to miss anything about it.
We appreciate all the help, William! 😃
IMO, The BEST game from the last generation and definitely one of the best games of all time/ever made. And the soundtrack is just...a truly mindblowing masterpiece.
😎🤟
I still say that Bloodborne is my favorite game of all time. And as you can tell by my picture, the Soulsborne series in general. I've platinumed them all. A shame my PS4 that had all my Bloodborne data doesn't work anymore. Still my favorite game though. The best bosses, OST and gameplay style I've ever played. The Old Hunters DLC content is without a doubt a must have. I envy anyone who has yet to play it. I'd give anything to experience it again for the first time.
😎🤟 so this one over Dark Souls? Which would be best for a beginner like us to play 🙃
@@DefinitelyNotDefinitiveGames Dark Souls 2 is without a doubt the easiest one to start out with due to it being at a much slower pace than the others. But it's also the worst out of all of them. Dark Souls 1 is usually the one people start out with. But it’s a bit harder as it is a lot more fast paced. Bloodborne is perhaps the most difficult of them all as it’s very fast paced. Instead of blocking and tanking damage, you rely entirely on dodging. But of course, the whole Soulsborne series is infamous for being very difficult but rewarding. So either the first or second game is my answer.
I can agree that I love the souls genre. I play anything thats got the souls style and most have been decent so far. I have yet to play bloodborne because it was an exclusive sadly, but im going to get that PS5 for demon souls, bloodborne, and naturally elden ring for pc.
@@confusedcrayons5481 I wish I was able to get a PS5. But I’m just too broke. I’d love to play the Demon’s Souls remake. And if you’re gonna play Bloodborne, you need to get the DLC. Trust me, you won’t regret it.
The best notification for the best channel❤️😘
Awww. 🥰☺️🤗
Bloodborne is a classic and you've opened a can of worms looking at this game. And yes you can play with other people. You can summon 2 other players that can help you go through areas but you can also summon players that will try to kill you as well.
Oh damn didn’t know the players could kill you 😯 Why would they do that? Bonus points for their gameplay? 🤔
@@DefinitelyNotDefinitiveGames The main currency in the game is called Blood Echoes. When you kill an enemy you get them; but when you die, you drop yours and have to get them back within one life or you lose then forever. There is a secondary (and more important) currency is called Insight. You get it from first meeting bosses, killing bosses, discovering areas, and using an item called madsman knowledge. There are many uses for insight, specifically after a number of insight is held, the world is changed in many different ways. You can also buy armor and some consumables with it but the main use for insight is being able to summon players for help. So co-op is tied to insight and if you invade another player and kill them, you then gain an insight. So its a near infinite source of insight if you're able to kill players. I think you can also get insight if you're summoned to another players world and help them kill the boss.
The first trailer would have had the perfect ending with the blackout and the gunshot in the background.
Some scholars found an "Great One" a God, in a labyrinth. They use its blood like Tylenol but eventually they turn into beasts. That explains the blood thing, but the story goes way deeper.. youre basically on a mission to kill a ghost baby that doesn't physically exist, that why the cradle thing was empty. It's one of the those games where you gotta watch like 10 RUclips videos that break down the environmental story telling and secrets and stuff to understand what's happening.
Thanks for the quick summary 😃

To answer your question, you can play Bloodborne with up to two friends if you are in the same general area and have a specific item that lets you summon them to your "world". Essentially each player's save game is a separate world, so helping another player kill a boss in their world won't affect your own save, and you'll still have to kill it in your game.
Also summoning players or npc phantoms does come with a cost. Co-op does make the game easier when it comes to getting to the boss, but the boss itself will get a buff to its health to compensate for the extra target to focus on.
I do highly recommned playing this though. I love just about all the Souls games, but Bloodborne is quickly becoming my favorite.
That’s a pretty cool game mechanic for coop style 😊😃🤩
Hell yeah best game of all time

@@DefinitelyNotDefinitiveGames Perhaps you should play it to find out about the vampire people and the last baby on earth.
Ah yes, my favorite game of all time. I could not recommend more. There's so much to find and learn about the game, so easy to just get lost for hours upon hours. I've beaten the game over a dozen times and I still turn it back on every couple weeks for another go.
😎🤟☺️
What I love about Bloodborne is that the game never ends.......once you hit the 'ending' it does allow you to replay but you must start from the beginning and everything and everyone gets slightly harder.
The beast you so lovely call "that thing", is called Cleric Beast. In one trailer it even states its name on a health bar at the bottom
Thanks! 😃
Fun fact: the cleric beast (the one who is screaming) is the first boss of the game, there many more much darker things in the game
😯
Ah yes, Bloodborne. So glad you guys enjoyed this. I myself love all From Software's Souls like games (this, Demon's Souls, Dark Souls, Sekiro, the upcoming Elden Ring) but this is my absolute favorite. The Victorian Gothic Horror vibes are on point and very well done, I love me some true Gothic Horror, the atmosphere is great, the combat is fast paced, bloody, and awesome, just an all around excellent game. I will say it's only straight Gothic Horror for roughly the first half, then it starts becoming more Cosmic Horror(think H. P. Lovecraft/ the Cthulhu Mythos), but definitely all the way creepy as hell. A couple notes relating to comments and questions you had. It's not really about vampires, per se, yes, blood vials are your healing item and blood itself is super important to the setting and story, it being a blood borne(hmmm) disease that turned everyone into werewolves and other beasts, and led the world to the state it's in, but you're not a vampire. You're a Hunter. A baby is also super important to the story, but not quite in the way you were thinking, oh my beautiful, befuddled Ken!😁 Finally, it's an RPG, so regular monsters can conceivably be fought indefinitely, but bosses like the Cleric Beast (the first super big thing you saw in the long gameplay segment, you were debating whether it had antlers(it does)) you fight once and that's it. Also, it is multiplayer, but online only, no 2 player couch co-op, sadly, though the multiplayer aspect IS completely optional. Think that about covers it. Happy Hunting, you crazy kids!
😂 the term befuddled doesn’t get used nearly as often as it should be. Thanks for busting it out. 😊🤗
@@DefinitelyNotDefinitiveGames You're welcome!😁 After all, I am a fan of language and love me some obscure, old-fashioned type words that DON'T get used as often as they should in our "enlightened" modern society. (Don't get me started on the death of language itself as an art form...)
"I think it's vampires..." It's so, so very much worse than that... 🤣
Haha, love it 😁
You gotta love the ambientation, not only does it has an amazing victorian scenery, but also a haunting lovecraftian and cosmic horror that creeps out through the whole game.
😎🤟
I have never played Bloodborne but i have a friend who loves the Game along with Dark Souls so much
Also i think you should react to some Outlast, It's a horror game.
Love from Australia 🇦🇺
Yes Outlast is one we want to check out eventually. Heard it’s terrifying 🙈👻
Consumption of blood transforms men into beasts.
Every night, beasts return.
Hunters are deployed to take care of said beasts.
This night is far worse than most. Not only a plague, but an alien invasion (Think about Lovecraft.)
The night is prolonged (some magic bs.)
You now have a new duty: ensure daylight returns and escape the hunters dream (this game’s fire-link.)
This rundown is subject to not be entirely accurate, but is as basic as it gets.
Alright. Gives us general gist of things 🙂
Bloodborne is one of those projects that could not have gone better. The ad campaign especially introduced the plot while painting the atmosphere and setting so well without even hinting at the twist that would make the entire story so amazing.
This is a true masterpiece barring the performance issues, hopefully a remaster soon.

The game also seems to have a theme about losing sight or visions because there are a lot of enemies and characters that are either blind (hence the blindfolding/bandaging of the eyes) or have bad or even non-functional eyes (like the one with a gun to it's head at the end of the first trailer, you can see the eyeball rapidly rotates which seems to be a symptom of nystagmus or "dancing eyes" a condition where you can't control your eye movements and lead to reduced vision)
Nice catch! 🙂
Definitely need to watch Vampire for this month since you go for the scary stuff this week. I'm sure you'll like it cause it has some similar concepts like Bloodborne but focused more on the plot/story and characteres.
Plenty of horror stuff to watch and not enough time to get to them but we can check out the spooky and scary in other months as well 😊😎👻
Yoooo love this game
😎🤟
I've died so many times in this game it took my will and my soul after not knowing how to advance for a day. And after that one day I knew where to go and I just past all the enemies just to walk into the boss fight and got chills in you in the back of my head
Have heard this game can be frustratingly amazing 😝😁
Are you not intrigued?
I've played it so much, I recommend it second highest to anyone who owns a PS4, It's a must have in a collection!
(Second Highest because of Dark Souls 3, wich is from the same creators and also a must have... And maybe your next reaction? )
Definitely intrigued but we heard it is really tough gameplay wise. But learning more about it and the soul series games is the plan 🙂
@@DefinitelyNotDefinitiveGames I'm really looking forward to it, maybe react to some of the soundtrack aswell, if that's your thing ;)
I still have yet to play this game but i want to badly
It looks intense 😯😁
I LOVED the reaction when the dog came walking out.
😂🤗
I know this is 1 year old now, but I need to say this is probably one of the best games I've ever played. The story mainly starts with this kind of disease which is transmitted through blood and turns people to this werewolf like beasts. In the story, blood transfusions were popular as a way of healing diseases. So, as everyone recieves blood from everyone, disease spreads and the city ends in this nightmarish place. That's how it starts, but the story goes deep into many Lovecraftian themes and is honestly a masterpiede of a game if you can look over the enormous amount of blood in the fights.
I fell in love with Bloodbrone at that very first trailer. now, I've got around 1000 hours. definitely one of my favourite games of all time, and I'm not even much of a soulsborne guy
If you do end up reacting to the dark souls games do the beginning cinematic trailers
👍😎🙂
Pls react to the Max0r review of bloodborne its so much fun!!!
Will add it to our request list 😇
Never played bloodborn but always loved the ambiance and style of this game
☺️ it is very cool stylistically
Resident evil 7: biohazard would be a perfect addition to this month
We’ve actually been playing the game this month ruclips.net/p/PLzMaVaJ7UYI15Q2uBujYWdcbTme35QM4f 😁
The AI in Bloodborne is a bit crazy....lol......that's why the guy looked the way he did....lol......I've had people stuck in walls.....lol
your exhaustion from watching this is what I went through 2 years to finish this game.
😂
This is my favorite game that has come out in it's generation and if you are taking recommendations I'd recommend the lore vids from a channel called vaati vidia he has excellent lore vid and a very cinematic voice also that thing was a cleric in the church year of lore in one shot sentence. Men used ancient god blood to heal all sort of incurable and mortal wounds and disease the blood has a side effect of driving men to insanity eventually which will slowly distort their bodies into those of beasts the healing church was the main distributor and their clerics and sisters are trained to be vessels for the blood which is used for transfusion to heal hence why church upper echelons turned into the most grotesque of beasts hence why that thing is called the cleric beast which people speculate is a cleric that mutated into a beast hence he comes over the wall from cathedral ward
We may be looking into some lore vids for this game 🙂
@@DefinitelyNotDefinitiveGames awesome 👍 the lore in from software games is always in depth and heavily surrounded in mystery for the community to discover which is why all lore from these game titles is almost always speculative and not definitive which makes from soft's game lore so deep cause the players themselves have to discover the background and lore through npc interaction and notes mixed in with speculative linking all npcs have a story all bosses have a story and greatest of all. All areas and all items and weapons as well
Gotta love how your reaction are same as many people seeing bloodborne trailers first time and thought this game is vampire/werewolf type of game. Also, a bosses reaction video would be interesting as well.
Lot of people been telling us boss bottles are epic 😃
I think I like it but I don't want to break my ps5 controller 😂😬
Haha, yeah we heard this is tough gameplay wise 🙃
Got properly into it no less than a week ago, and the last time I was this hooked on a game was back in 2011 ... and that game was Terraria. So I feel like that's me saying something haha.
Oh nice! Glad you’re enjoying the game 😀
This video is a year old so chances of you seeing this are low but when you all immediately commented both loving the setting and music it made me hope to see you guys give bloodborne a play through one day it is one of the greatest games I’ve ever played
YES! My favorite game of all time - if you're into Lovecraftian horror at all, Bloodborne is THE best modern representation of the genre (in ANY medium)
😎🤟😃
Absolutely loved the reactions! Looking back, Fromsoftwere did such an excellent job with these trailers.
😎🤟🥳
