Those leaves are pure gold for an organic gardener/fruit-grower. If I lived closer I would offer to clean that all up for your just for the leaves and pine needles. BTW, pine needles are the very best thing for blueberry mulch, and oak leaves are the very best thing for strawberry mulch. My leaf vacuum is also a shredder/grinder/chopper.
I subscribed. You and your family are good people. Looking forward to seeing more vids. I have 2 boys and 2 girls all young. They already ask if they can come with me. But maybe I'll wait a few more years. My oldest is 8 so my other ones are baby's. Good job out there guys👍
Here in LOndon,UK,I have a small team of gardeners out cleaning up leaves here in St Johns Wood and Chelsea. It is an expensive event for our customers but the recycling is a huge part of the bill.
"You're gonna need a bigger machine." That Billy Goat is only about 18 to 20 horsepower. Right? You need something about 35 horsepower and up, to really suck up those piles in a matter of minutes, instead of the pace your going at. Looks like fun, though.
Leaves are the most BORING part of the landscaping world. I would rather pull weeds lol. And I hate doing that even. Lol. But ya gotta love it to do this work. Apparently where I'm from EVERYBODY does it. I seen someone's grandma out cutting grass. Smh
_maybe_ 300 to pile it ....pickup, haul & dump are anothet matter entirely. leaves aren't boring when you get good money for your trouble. i personally enjoy putting my 8500 on leaves anyway, unless they're soaked.
Debris collectors make leaf cleanup fun; they do a good job vacuuming out the truck to.
Pretty cool watching your boys in the mix. Not often you see kids who actually want to work. Great job all around.

If you ever saw a grain vac in action your leaf sucker would seem a little slow... just saying.. Try a wider thinner pipe end too. Good work boys.
Love this vid.
That would be so great to put in the garden I’ll take two truck loads
When he's almost done with a pile, it might be quicker to lay the hose down, & rake the leaves / pine needles into the nozzle
just curious on how you charge , do you incorporate the sucking and dumping into the job price?
We typically chat hourly. All our customers know we work hard and fast. We charge $35 per man hour
@@stevemitchell4205Here in middle Tn im at 75.00 per man hour for leaf cleanups and 70.00 during the regular mowing season

Details matter! Be more through in your clean up!
Your correct
I think you would see how detailed we are if you saw our lawns in Joplin Mo
No. We had to scoop it out by hand. This year we use a stock trailer and have a pull out system.
I usually do, but on this particular job we agreed on the price before hand
how many hp is that?
Put the hose on the ground and rake the leaves to the hose.
Seems like a pretty slow process.
