i think it is your actual, real life weekly spending. it helps to show the deviation to the ideal, targeted weekly spending (CMIIW)

It an example of progress you actually get. First curve is planned and second is actual (real life) so you can compare both and have a clear view of your actual progress co;pare to your plan
