Another rich textural project 🤩 I'm still jet lagged from the hour, i bet im not the only one falling asleep at 9 and waking at 5 😳 not making anything fancy atm as im sewing dog beds for the local rescue, but I definitely fancy stitching this lovely bear 😍
Sewing dog's beds! What a lovely thing to do Kath. I love dogs too - in fact I am dog sitting my son's mad spaniel tomorrow. This dog is like a greyhound , he has no sympathy for my arthritic arm either! 🐕😁 xx
Love this Teresa. The nose was indeed some of my fabric. I will send you some more bits as a bit of a Christmas parcel. I get them from a friend who makes lamp shades. Never made Brighton, been having a bit of a tough time lately. Managed to arrange visit from this Thursday until Friday 17th. All very last minute. Know you're busy at the moment but will email you when I get there. The nose made me smile very much. I love Christmas too, so much. Lol ❤xx

Hi Teresa…Teddy is lovely, how about this for recycling…when we renewed our settee,chairs, the cushions were still very good…the filling was lovely and clean and soft,so I made new pillows and other things from that,I still have loads left…the things we do!! ❤
That s a great idea Christine. It saves so much good "stuff" going into landfil. You must have got loads of stuffing from all that furniture - you may never have to buy any again!! 🤣xx
Lynn here on Hubby's phone 😊, Hi Teresa hope you are well🤞, Oh Teresa what can I say you had us rolling in laughter at you saying a two faced bear 😂😂😂, last Easter I attempted to make a Easter Bunny , OMG !!! What a sight Hubby and everyone that it was ok , but I thought it was an embarrassment, so I throw it in the Bin 😂😂😂😂, Im not fussed on making toys as such , I keep wanting to get hold of a old spool you know the once they used to have in the cotton factory 's , cause id like to do one of the wall hangings , you know the ones like Anne Brookes did , did you see those ? Did you also see the little book she did from fabric and in a little box made from fabric too , oh I Loved that , I think she said she did that at college, I'm not sure 🤔, have you ever been on a weekend retreat doing sewing ? I think Anne runs them too , Hope all your Family's well Teresa,😊🤞, Ive been trying to get my jabs done but nobodys got any and Im high risk so its a bit worrying , akso you know I told you we had changed our car for one to get my scooter in , well we only had it a year and its been wrote off , so Im stuck in the house again , its a nightmare , its just one thing after another , anyway Im wittering on so Ill let you go , Happy Stitching love see you in the next one 🤞👍🤗❤️
Oh, Lynn, I am so sorry about your car. I hope you and hubby were nt hurt. I remember how awful it was when my car was written off. I was driving it at the time! Luckily the first petson on the scene was a police officer on her way to work. She quickly went into "work" mode. Tbe noise was horrendous! I hope you get it sorted. It s so important to get out even if it's for one hour a day. I have to admit to never seeing an Ann Brookes video. I must 'pop in' and watch her. I m sure she s very good. I am going on retreat in February in London for two days. I m really looking forward to it. I ve taught on my own one day retreats at Whitstable cadtle in Kent- with my daughter in law. It was great fun and without a doubt the students were fabulous - a day of art, sewing and laughing! I loved it. At the moment, I m being a student in a couple of pInting/drawing Art groups - one for fun, the other of a more serious nature. It s quite difficult being a student but nice that the responsibility belings to someone else!!🤣 Look after yourself Lynn. Keep warm. This morning there was frost on the ground!!! Take care xx
@@allsewnuptextileart Lynn here 😊, Hi Tearsa hope you are doing ok, Do you know ( this is me going on a rant ) , I don't care if I never see a Google map or hear a sat nav ever again 😂😂, We finally found another car exactly the same as the other one , with a bonus , that the plates a year younger ( six months in fact ) we get it this morning 🤞, were. both a bit nerves to be honest , hence I'm still awake at 1.30 am and Hubby's snoring 😂😂, honestly is there nothing keeps men awake 😏😡, we just pray everything will go ok , Oh Teresa what I would give for a week end retreat or even a Day , Oh I do hope you enjoy yourself 🤞😊, I think it's so lovely that you have your Daughter that enjoys craft too , I would have loved to have had a Daughter like that , it would have been perfect , people I know aren't into crafts , most of my older friends have moved away , one of my friends from school who lived next door but one as just surprised us all and took on running a pub with her partner , don't get me wrong I'm not tea total but running a pub would be the last thing I'd want to do 😂😂😂, it too tying don't you think ?
