You can rope off the vernier fans on the 70's. Good idea if you think it's a real deep crossing. I'd be airing right down to below 20

Wow amazing episode! Can’t wait for next! Audio is great. Lol someone said step it up? Ha ok you’re in the mid of nowhere and we get to enjoy watching etc from our beds. Audio is great. Bravo to you guys! Also I’m from Baltimore Maryland and we love some old bay seasoning on crabs :) maybe buy a small tin of old bay to travel with. Then cook crabs adding beer and old bay to the wok :) cheers and stay safe! 🦀
Thanks Michael, yeah mate cant seem to keep everyone happy. Im keen to try this Old Bay Seasoning. I havent heard of it before but it sounds so tasty with beer.
Awesome entertainment guys 👍👍
Thanks Paul
sick ep fellas.
Thanks Hugh
Hand delivered muddies! How epic guys 🙌🏽
Yeah what a treat hey
I love that area! You drove past 12 mile and just up ahead you have the hummocks river, jeanie river and the beach in-between, good crabbing and heaps of black lip oysters
It’s amazing hey, iv heard the Jeanie is a good spot, sounds like you’ve spent some time there.👍🏼
Good morning Nath & Dane, sight for over covid info, I know we have to hear it, just glad I'm in Tassie... ,😃 Country up there is looking so good..
We’ll have to get to Tassie one day Jan. looks amazing
Just saw your car pass me in the truck. Im subbed now brother🤣🍻🤙
Yewww, thanks legend
loved your cook up do more of it
Ok, 👍🏼, we’ll try get the audio better
You beat me to it with the 'uber eats' joke. Ha ha. Big bear, wot a diamond geezer. That's wot it's like in wilder more remote places hey, an unwritten rule to look out for eachother more. It's lovely 🤙🏼
haha, Not often you get crabs delivered to camp! We had a great night having a few beers and hearing some of old mates stories
I remember crossing that same river on the bikes, it felt very crockie
Yeah you don’t want things going wrong halfway across there hey. It had dropped soooo much over night tho. That’s why we spent the night. Not worth taking that chance in the dark.
awesome vid guys !
👍🏼
Good ol starcke! The road in bites ya when ya least expect it!!
Haha sure does, and the road was pretty good as far as cape roads go
@@WildReaches went up in the june/July holidays this year. Road must have just been done a few weeks prior but the crossings were pretty washed out. We actually passed you guys when we headed south a few weeks back near Atherton
@@aarontaylor4355 How was your trip mate? whered you get to?
@@WildReaches we actually jagged the weather and hit the creeks south of starcke and a few of the reefs out the front. Ended up two massive Spanish, couple of trout, jacks and barra for one days run. We always seem to get the camp on the right of the boat ramp. Was an epic couple of days. Keep up the adventures boys, love the content
Sounds unreal, good on ya
Great episode boys , good to see and hear more input from Dane 👍.
Thanks mate
Great vid guys am loving the wet season travel as everything’s so green but it does raise the degree of difficulty that’s for sure. Hope u guys are all gd up there filming the new season so will catch up when u get back👍
Stay safe guys 🤙
Yeah mate, it was definitely harder. Season 5 is going good mate, can’t wait to share it!!
i am absolutely new to filming but if audio cuts out you can always try taping in voice over. Shame to miss the fun just for lack of sound. great stuff guys i Am in my 3/4 century so I can only dream now. (did a fair bit as a young guy but none of your toys)
Yeah that’s a good idea, I could try that. Glad you’re enjoying it mate. Thanks for letting us know
Always worth the precautions for a crossing in my experience!…. Better to be disappointed than loosing everything for sure 🤙🤙
Yeah mate 💯. Especially in croc country
nice set up nate👍
Thankyou 👍🏼
What a great episode how lucky with the muddys
Yeah so lucky hey!
Should of left the winch rope on the trailer when you crossed then remove it off once your across
Danes winch rope to the back of my trailer?
Love your work guys keep em coming Love that sort of stuff
Yeeww
Always brings a smile to my face when I see a wild Reaches episode on my homepage. Keep up the awesome work Boys.
Also when were you boys in Darwin, i noticed a fishing and outdoor world sticker on one of the boxes.
That’s good to hear mate!! Dane lived up on Elcho for a bit
Great vid again mate🤙 keep it up
Yeww, thankyou
Cheers for the upload guys always good to see a new one up from you both. Hey couldn’t help but notice the fishing and outdoor world sticker on a tackle box on the console. That’s my go to tackle and firearm shop known them all my life.
Haha good spotting. That’s one of Danes boxes I think
Hay boys loving it
Thanks Kaiyan!!
Looking forward to this Nath. Cheers from Texas!
Epic! Great job on the drone footage and music collage, truly inspiring. No worries on the audio Nath. The look on you and Danes face while eating was better than audio! Cheers!
Haha that’s so good to hear Jeff!
What a meal 🤤
Sooo good hey
Hi guys from the UK. From our lounge we new you would get through the river!! :) Loved this episode looking forward to the next one already. Is that quad any good yet? Take care...
Gday Roy, yeah iv pushed it real hard filming this next season, through a lot of water and mud and it went unreal!
@@WildReaches Super job, good to hear from you!
This should be good.👍🍺🇦🇺
Love the content. I’ve travelled a fair bit of remote Australia and know a lot about birds, plants, animals etc but still learn something from every one of your episodes. Really like that you know the names of birds, trees and fish.
A few questions; do you worry leaving the 79 in the middle of nowhere when you go off somewhere? Does the dotera oil work for sandflies and mosquitoes? And have you ever gotten sick from drinking water using the filter?
Love your work!!
Hey Karen. Thankyou 🙏🏼, that’s nice to hear. I’m just learning as I go too. Yep I do worry but because we get permission from elders or Traditional Owners before going on Country everyone seems to know that we’re welcome in there and don’t touch our gear. I still worry sometimes tho 😂. Yep doterra works for me, just needs to be re applied probably more often. And nope, haven’t been sick, that filter bottle is amazing, I love it and carry it on all hikes.
Literally 11 days till we are going there, I won't say where it is
Awesome! Enjoy
Love the channel mate ! But why don’t you have a crab pot 🤪🧐
Haha sometimes I wish we did. We just love hunting them.
👌👌
👍
Hey mate, great vids. Have my cruiser arriving in October, what exhaust are you running? Do you still have the DPF?
Gotta keep it legal mate 😉. 3 inch red back I think
What's blurred out on old mates boat with the muddies xxxx gold?
Good episode boys!
What exhaust do you have on your dualcab?
Red back From memory. 3 inch
is this for real? quad went thru!
? Quad didn’t go thru mate, he stashed it in the bush and crossed it in a tinny. Said it was shoulder deep and flowing hard. The next morning had dropped significantly but we weren’t sure still. Better to be on the safe side
What happened to Dane’s thumb?
Cut it I think. 🤔
Can you take your dog with you?
He passed away
@@WildReaches very sorry to hear m8.
