...if only all math instructors could be as visual and simplify the narrative! Thank you for this publication. It seems to have had a great affect on many students!
Thank you! I have no mathematics background, and just needed a basic understanding of this to make sense of a point I was reading in a journal article. I read so many complicated descriptions and was starting to feel like a total dunce who just couldn't get it. This was such a clear, quick explanation.
Came for the lesson and stayed for the accent :) But on a serious note, this was the most effortless explanation!! Why didn't I find this video sooner? Great video! Execellent visual representaition!
D best video i have ever seen on any study topic.... how i wish my teacher was so creative..... I would had studied nothing less than Phd. ..... Great work ... loved it !!!!!!!!!!
i have my mathematics final tomorrow and this really helped me because i have been really struggling with this lesson and this video was very beneficial. thanks you !!!
Story time: I have a slightly compromised active memory and that means I have trouble migrating concepts from my active memory to my short term memory. Normally this presents very little problem for me. But numbers for whatever reason are the worst. The way you broken this down into manageable parts and clearly and visually explained everything made my life so much easier. I wish all my math professors broke stuff down like you did!
Ah ha! you are a life saver! (and also really beautiful like wow congrats on winning the genetic lottery) But seriously my teacher is so confusing and took like two hours to try and teach us this and I still didn't understand but in under 7 minutes you explained and I'm like oh duh that makes sense. You are a blessing
Thank you man. This video has really helped me in understanding coefficient correlation basics in fundamentals of meteorology. There's a lot of coefficient correlation calculations in meteorology and one of them is anomaly coefficient correlation. It is used in producing long range forecasts or climatological forecasts. It would be really helpful if you could also make a short and comprehensive video for anomaly coefficient correlation as an example for coefficient correlation! Thanks
Amazing video. What an easy way to understand the topic. You are a great teacher. Simple explanation and very easy to understand. I like the use of post it NOTES and also the index card with examples .Thank you.
Thank you so much. I finally understand the concept. Also I think you put a lot effort into your videos. It looks amazing an understandable. Thanks a lot
This is so great, thank you! I'm working on a communication science/studies paper and one of my sources had these numbers I didn't understand but now I do
Thanks for the video. Could you please elaborate more on "scatter along y-axis" and "scatter around fitted line"? I could only manage to have a round guess of what you meant by them.
and my guess is, by "scatter along y-axis", you were referring to how far away are those dots from y-axis. And by "scatter around fitted line", you meant the difference between the predicted and actual y value of those dots.
One semesters worth of explaining learned in 7 minutes. THANK YOU!!!
wow they taught you that for one semester? we did this in a week and had a quiz and that's it e.e
what grade are you in by the way...
Cracked Code same

What's your course?
Stats or econ
7 years after and it’s still the best explanation of coefficient correlation ‘r’ on RUclips. Thanks!

Phenomenal that you're using markers and paper over digital tools. What an absolute beast you are. Excellent video.
Daniel Kirchheiner I know right!, other people would just use a mouse on a computer and confuse the shit out of u.
