Just picked mine up last night from Cycle Republic Derby great guys in there & the price I am most happy with. On offer £1350 spend over £1k get £150 off so £1200, had it on 0% 24 months so £50 per month 2 years. Very happy & maiden voyage tomorrow !! The website doesn’t do the actual look of the bike any justice now I’ve got it the top tube looking from the rear rises up nicely I just need to get some enduroguard or mucky nutz fenders. Now’s the time to buy one of these new models coming out soon from Boardman but not at this price.
I've had mine for 2years. Got for 1200 from Boardman. Upgrades are a dropper and a magic Mary up font. Great fun and not let me down yet... Would recommend for sure
hi thinking about buying this bike i have a voodoo hoodoo HT fully equipped with xt how do you rate the bike for a heavier rider and what's the speed like on it thank you
Hey, I ride this bike to college on the road every day and it's pretty quick, I keep up with the traffic fine and it's quick on dirt as well. I only weigh about 10stone and am just over 5ft 8 so have suspension set to low psi. I think this bike is awesome for the price and Halfords sometimes have deals on so you could get it cheaper. Let me know if you get it!
Hi Adam I got the Boardman team full suspension and i really like it just the SRAM level brakes gears and crankset let it down i have a full xt on my voodoo hoodoo hard tail which i love
Hey, type in this postcode onto maps CO3 0JR, then look for the path called iron latch lane, follow that down over the railway bridge for another 100m or so, then you'll see turnings off into the woods, go down one of them and follow it until you come out into a jumps park, once you're in there just keep exploring, there's loads there, it doesn't matter which trail you take, as long as you go downwards away from the direction you parked you'll end up in the area.
Hi there, great video. I am considering buying this bike also and i was just wondering if the geometry is decent for jumps of any size out there on the trails, thanks
Cheers, yeah bikes great for hitting anything really (within reason), but I hit a few dirt jumps on it about 12 ft gap and handles perfect no problem. The geometry is slacker and feels more upright unlike a cross country bike which I think makes it much more comfortable to ride and handle when hitting jumps.
Still going strong mate. Had it over a year now and ridden it loads, probably into the thousands of miles now and not one problem, best bike I've had. Man that suck you can't use it until then... Guess you got something to look forward to though :P
Nice one mate that's what I wanted to hear. I have a 27.5 Anthem aswell but wanted more travel. Took some persuading the other half to let me get one and keeping it for Xmas 🎄 was a big leverage point lol. Cheers mate
Got one of these the other day, favourite bike I've ever owned.

Did you have have to wires external for the dropper?
Along underside of the downtube yes but then you can run it inside the seat tube as ith has an entry point for the cable

Hi, I'm local and want to go to halstead woods but I couldn't find the main part of it? How do you get to it from the path at the top?

Do the front and rear suspension both have lockout?
Lockout is only on the back
There’s lockout on front and back
There’s lots lock out front and back

I've got front and rear enduro guard then an arse saver on the back

Think it was just eBay?
Are the brakes and gears good on that bike and is it light
Yeah really good, got sram guide R on front and back then sram gx derailleur. Weights about 14kg and is a really nimble bike
Adam Rayner thanks man
what pressure do you run the rear shock at?
I'm about 10 stone and run it about 170psi, but just depends on how you want to ride and how heavy you are
What gimbal do you use?
Karma grip
holy shit you have the exactly the same surname as me
Do you think this is better or the MTR 8.8
I couldn’t tell you, I haven’t ridden it
this if you can still find one
These are better
Is it tubeless
It is now, it wasn’t buying it from stock
It it any go with wheelies
Him: high end mountain bike
Me: 🤣🤣my forks cost more than the whole bike
What a mug you are spending £1500+ on forks
Skillet -three days grace Fan - My dust caps cost more than your forks
With all that money you must have Skillet -three days grace Fan, do you fancy sponsoring me?
My forks were four for a fiver from Tesco yet they still do the job
Skillet -three days grace Fan
This bike has serious suspension. A pike and a monarch. Unbeatable at this price point
