Karen, you are just a Darling, When you explain things, it gives someone confident to be in right track....What an amazing way to motivate scrum masters, mostly the beginners. Keep it up Sister
Amazing video Karen very helpful. Another way is scheduling team events at least once a month to play riddle or quiz together as a team - to bond. Just like the one to one this will create a sense of belonging and unity amongst the team,
You are so on point. Sometimes virtual coffee, virtual lunch etc.. also helps in relationship building and bonding. Thank you for adding your thoughts 🙏😊
I’m preparing for my scrum interview and find your videos so helpful. If there is an interview question on what did you do in your last job? Are we supposed to describe the project in depth? Or just my role in it as a scrum master?
Hi Cornelius. Based on my experience as an interviewer, there is no specific right answer for this. This really depends on how you present the answer. For example, retro maybe the most important from a process, people and product improvement standpoint, meanwhile Review may be the most important from the product standpoint. I will add this to my video content backlog.
Hi Karen, All your videos are very very helpful. I am learning a lot. But one request. Can you please keep the length of the video below 10 minutes so that its easy to concentrate and get the most out of the video., Thank you appreciate your great work.
My Coach! you are killing it, and cooking it with good ingredient! This is palatable! Thank you so much for your good work!

Hi could you kindly tell us what certificate is best to become an agile coach or scrum trainer please ?
Hi, I suggest you either take the Scrum alliance route, starting with CTC or you take the ICAgile route starting with ACP-ACC.
Hope this helps
In aspect of recorded meeting. Can we reach a decision without the Input from all Team members.
Is it possible, depending on the circumstance
Hello,
My interview question:
Which ceremony in scrum is the most important?
In my opinion, the sprint planning is the most important ceremony because it’s the foundation on top of which your next deliverable shall stand...
