    New sub here. This video and your videos in general are very helpful. You don't know how much you are helping people, especially newbies.
    I have a suggestion for you, and I see many people ask this in FB groups.
    1. Can you do a video of says 50 (or whatever number you like) impediments you have had to resolve during your career, (you could also add impediments from your Scrum master students or colleagues)
    2. Impediments you tried but couldn't resolve and how it affected the product goal and also how if it affected your personal sense of responsibility or ability (if it affected your morale)
    You can make it into a series/parts of videos if you have too much to say. lol

  • @kaizen5023

    As you explained with examples, a lot of it is about impediment removal including talking to people / relationships keeping the ball (the sprint) moving forward.

    Hello! I am currently in a 12 week internship under a scrum master for a global company, and this is great to see how another scrum master (you!) work through the day. I find it interesting that you prioritize and rank the stories, when we have the managers/PO's do it because they're getting the priorities from the stakeholders. And with us, only the scrum master touch the Jira board, but the team can write comments. So interesting to see how others are doing it.

    Thanks for the video, it was very interesting. But I have a point: in my opinion, you didn't pick a 'normal' sprint day. You picked a day with sprint planning (longest event in scrum) and 2 fixed weekly meetings. I would be interested what you do all day when you don't have something like that on your chart. Maybe even a day where no impediments turned out during daily.

    • @smartprotraining4939
      @smartprotraining4939 2 года назад +2

      I made the same observation as well. But to be fair, she had to pick that specific day in order for her to provide longer content to the viewers. It’s understandable.
      Other regular days may not be as eventful. I’m into project management myself.
