According to the scrum guide, a scrum team size should be 10 or less people. If you support 3 teams, then it is 3 teams. 1 big team of more than 10 people is an anti-partern
I believe her question would be how do you connect with a team since the current situation we all working remotely cause it’s definitely different from physical

You do that via zoom, MS Teams, Webex or Skype which ever your organization. You also communicate via slack.
