Could you possibly do an Aluminum cast of Riku's new keyblade from Kingdom Hearts 3? I think its look amazing and the silver of the aluminum matches the keyblade nicely!
Is there possibly any good step-by-step videos too show how a beginner can start casting as well, not forging but casting, where to get all the required equipment? Making your own forge? so on and forth! As well as what the best method and material would be to 3D print with?

I was wondering something -
In a few videos, you've used Styrofoam as the positive of the mold. I was wondering if it was also possible to use foamcore? I'm pretty sure it's the same plastic as Styro, but as it usually comes in the quarter(ish) inch sheets, most things would have to be multiple layers glued together. I'm kind of curious about how that would affect the casting. Have you used it/does it work? If it doesn't, what tends to go wrong with the casting? Curious but currently unable to find out through trial and error.

even more hard than bronze , here the recipe , melt one kg of aluminium and when is liquid ,add 1 kg of zinc, the sword will be hard like steel, thats call BRUTUS metal.
