1) The reason why you thought the scene with Chris and the Stranger is different is because h the lodge has a crap ton of doors. 2) you missed some dialogue with Chris and the Stranger because you walked too fast

Gotta admit the Emily chase scene was significantly better with the original soundtrack. The sequence feels almost silent in the remake
