    I was watching one Danish coach and he taught to recover using the left foot first to take the pressure off the right knee.

    Mainly 3types of recovery very deep lunges use ur left foot to drag a little bit 2nd one the hopstep u teaches in this vedio last one push with right foot when the lunge is short
