Some people might misconstrue the ending scene, where a sympathetic barman offers Donny a free drink, to read that Donny becomes a stalker. But in my opinion, it's there to show that Donny didn't lead Martha on, and was only showing her a bit of kindness, which is where the trouble began.

I agree in part. I think there’s just a multitude of nuance to it. I get that some people could take it as some kind of twist ending, mostly because we’re accustomed to seeing that stuff. But there was no twist. It was about the nuances and was no step away from the way the whole story was told throughout.

All I have to say is why give Fiona Harvey a platform to speak her “truth”? This woman admitted to stalking Richard Gadd! For the people who falsely accused some of the people of doing horrible things to Richard, you guys owe Richard and the falsely accused an apology. Richard doesn't need any more trauma in his life after everything he's been through.

Sure, she probably has a personality disorder but that doesnt excuse her predatory behaviour. Shes a 58 year old woman and she demonstrates some restraint when it suits her. The interview with Piers was her choice, her chance to redeem herself but instead she oozed contempt and resentment, relentlessly lied and her appearance only served to prove shes an arsehole. In the film he says one of them had to die. Perhaps he figured this beats killing her, exposing a person that he thought might get some help or at least get put on the public radar. Sued beats getting murdered, and losing money on a film beats getting charged with murder. I liked the film. Mrs. Harvey is using something serious to get her 15 mins & coins, in my opinion. Ma’am if this is false, why are you bothering us?? Your name wasn’t used. Folks are nosy & gonna snoop, I bet you couldn’t wait. You’re making a mockery of the real lived experiences of ppl who went through these tragedies. Also it’s just like right you choosing Piers Morgan of all ppl for your tell all, the author & finisher of rehearsed drama. You ma’am, say you did none of these things…& all of this is lies. Wait, did the writer use your name in the series?? Oh, OH!! You helped folks out & outed yourself. You, this confusion, internet sycophants, morality entities who wouldn’t know what morality is if morality was their middle name can go play on Reddit & have fun. Let those that have nothing to gain from this heal & help others.

@@Globaldave1970 that’s fine, I also read most of your comments on others ppl’s posts it was quite interesting how your thoughts changed. When it comes to stuff like this, I DO NOT support liars. This woman could’ve stayed silent. She could’ve spoken up when he was doing his previous shows on the topic, but whatever I was voicing my opinion (which ppl seem to miss every. single. time) and everyone has a right to theirs. Whether she has a fake case or not, I don’t believe her, liars win cases all the time, liars lie so well they believe their on lies, case in point (Mrs. Harvey)

My take is slightly different. Martha had similar looks and mannerisms to Fiona. They even used the same phrases in tweets (hanging curtains etc), so she could be, and was, easily traced. Despite what he said, Gadd wanted her outed, partly for catharsis, partly retribution. Now Darienne O'Connor, the grooming rapist can also be traced with a certain amount of dedicated internet research. Richard Osmond says he knows the real Darienne. The name Gary Reich is bounded about a lot, including in The Sun, and Gadd has not denied it. The timeline fits and there are videos of him with the same creepy vibes talking about the New Moon exactly the same as in Reindeer. He is very well known in his industry, but now Fiona is outed and wants to take legal action, it can only be a matter of time. Gary Reich must be brickin' it. This will wipe the smug grin off his silly face!
