"Wow, this guy is crazy, I wonder if we'll meet him again"
It's Young Xehanort
"Oh…"
When I'm wondering is how is he now using a keyblade instead of those glowing lightsaber type things like I get some of his attacks are like from the third game
@@flygon6997 Because this is him before becoming a Keyblade wielder. He only wields a Keyblade after Dream Drop Distance because he has Master Xehanort's heart inside of him, which allows him to use one.
2:05 His steamroller
Been gaming since 86 and have to say.. Hardest boss or top 5 hardest in the world.
Beating this dude isnt an achievement, it's a LIFE GOAL.
When does this fight take place for ven , Terra faces young exahnort after he fights eraques, Aqua is before she turns land of departure to Castle Oblivion. the only area that fits is by ven landing more near the training grounds and wanted to look at the land of departure one last time before confronting eraques
According to Nomura, this fight takes place simultaneously for the entire trio due to time shenanigans
imagine this guy have alot of hp like lingering will😂
This is probably the worst-designed boss in the history of the franchise. It proved just how awful the battle system was in that game and showed the devs were still incredibly green. Here's hoping they've upped their game for III.
I agree.
Sadly this is the truth that KH BBS fans try to avoid the combat in this game was trash. MF makes it even worse, you literally cannot beat him without spamming surges and dodges.
@@DessawHD you can, stop lying
Yeah, don't be fooled by the easiness of the fight. It was total bullshit in the NA PSP release. Guy attacked nonstop and his hook attack was near unavoidable.
When you thought the laser phase of xemnas will kill your x and triangle buttons and then you remember mysterious figure
does anyone else hear him say "cock" when thunder surge is casted?
The mysterious figure has nice reflex and great flexible move...since his holding 2 lightsaber...I was imagine how would Master Yoda from star wars fight him with that fast flexible move...hahahahha
conspiracy theory-- the one under the coat is Galen Marek (aka Starkiller) from Star wars:TFU :v
@@notwhenishiftintomaximumov807 lol I dont think Starkiller has that kind of flexibility compare Master Yoda..but nice conspiracy lol
Imagine if anime battles were like this, almost dying and healing every 4 seconds.
What kind of key blade is that
Can you tell me how to fight this mysterious figure boss?is it what they call final boss?i only play until the battle at keyblade graveyard and that's it.i can't find the way to unlock the secret episode or final episode or fight with the secret boss
So please tell me if you know
In order to unlock Secret Episode, you have to find all the Ansem Reports. (I think 12 in all)
Once you beat the game with any of the heroes;
there should be a spot in the Graveyard where you can find Vanitis-Will (where Ven fought him before)
Once you beat Vanitis, you unlock Mysterious Figure in the Land of Departure. (Starting area)
Mysterious Figure: "I'M THE STRONGEST BOSS!"
Terra: "Hold my Keyblade..."
What's with the boss's damage
1 hit makes your health 1
Or is that just an illusion while in reality his dmg is normal damage?
this makes me happy
If anyone wants to know who this is its xehanort you can tell blue lasso he shoots and keyblade you get
It's Young Xehanort to be more specific.
You can also tell because the music in this fight would later be remixed and used for the later Young Xehanort fights in DDD and KH3
@@TheTrueJ836 I know that also I believe if you defeat the boss it gives a key that looks similar to young xehanort
I think this fight , is after Remind when Terra, Ventus, an Aqua goes into the realm of darkness I search of Sora . Encountering this Guy, who’s trying to stop them
Good guess :) but this is actually young xehanort doing some time travel shenanigans before Dream Drop Distance
@@bradengoodman4947 Him gathering the vessels, perhaps? Eyeing who would work?
@@thespectaculargamernerd8114 yeah pretty much.
@@thespectaculargamernerd8114 I take this as him measuring the Wayfinder trio as potential members for the true organization.
Edit: shit, that's literally what the other responses say
Braden Goodman young xehanort with dual swords ? Has he ever used them before
My dude what lvl. Are you
Welp looks like he also traveled to the future for some lightsabers before fighting ventus
I platinumed this game and this one had me losing my mind and having to do it 3 times my hands hurt.
Quick theory: What if certain mysterious figures, like for example this one: Is the Master of Masters.
He says in Back Cover how he'd suddenly vanish, dim or fade. Could that be how he'd disappear and travel to different points in time.
Like right now
Not really, one of his eyes are on his No Name keyblade. he should only have one eyes.
This is young Xehanort he was time traveling
*see's mysterious figure holding blades* Levi..... did you become a member of the orginazation?????
This actually just young xehanort
@@fuckingking6796 that i knew =) was being a weeb =P
@@un_known5895 bruh
Why didn't you put lol ?
@@fuckingking6796 because the comment itself pretty much explained it?
thanks for this video, I tried tyour technique (and failed), I'm kinda slow when it comes to smash a button so his 2nd countdown attack is always lethal for me, then the only option is to level up to take big chunk of his life before he could land it twice.
So, Im gonna use an elastic to make my character moving for hour in order to beat a boss with spamming an attack.
Great gameplay.
This took you 2:30 seconds? IT TOOK ME 15 MINUTES
Once more and Second Chance are life savers. That was the only way I was able to defeat him. Difficult boss fight, so Mysterious Figure is Young Xehanort, I didn't know that. I haven't fought MF on the ps4 version, but I hear the battle is easier. Based on this video there is one attack he didn't do. When he makes clones of himself. I think the battle will still be hard even on the ps4. In the video if the battle was easy, the person wouldn't have lost any health. When I battle him I will see if the battle easy or hard. It took me 2 weeks to defeat MF. This was a long time ago when I played it on The PSP.
They made the song have lower notes noises in khddd.
So...
KH1: Xemnas
KH2: Lingering Will
KH BBS: Young Xehanort
KH DDD: Dark Sora Armor?
KH3: ?????
smileyman17 KH3: Yozora
What keyblade is that?
There was something about this fight that was made way easier in remix for some reason. I’m just not sure what.
Grab can be dodged in remix only
Clifton Savage ty
How can You do that DMG? It is due you are level 99 or something?
Why did they nerf him into the ground? On the PSP US release this man force fed me my soul almost every day without breaking a sweat but every version after is just a minor headache at best
sean obihiro The HD releases use Final Mix. In Final Mix, you can avoid the whip whereas in vanilla, you’re fucked for good.
How are you dealing so much damage? I've got all three Thunder Boosts equiped, as well as Void Gear, which bosts attack just as much as Royal Radiance and 'm not doing nearly as much
Are you playing on Crit?
Ah. What level are you so I know what to be able to kill him with Aqua as? Please? I’m begging you.
How do yoh get this fight? Is it also on og bos
Yes. It’s available after beating Vanitas remnant in keyblade graveyard after beating the final episode
I thought this was the hardest boss fight in the entire series
Well, now is Yozora from KH 3
@@LoiValdesno I still think he is the hottest boss fight in the series Yozora is one of those bosses that Don't have to tease him to be him lingering well and mysterious figure I just spilled different You have to cheese them to win unless you want to spend like what 5 months letting them moves down
Why does he have the beams like xemnas tho and not his time travel keyblade
How do you vs this guy?
Do you need all the xehanort reports?
You have to beat the Vanitas Remnant first. I don't know how you unlock that though.
Get all of Xehanort's reports, then beat Vanitas' lingering sentiment. Then, you can fight Young Xehanort in the Land of Departure.
And also some mirage arena stages do not show do I need to complete everyone's stortie8
@@djdjxcjcj you have to be at a certain level to access some stages, so you have to beat the other stages, finish circuits in a certain time in the Rumble Racing minigame and win a certain amount of command board games.
Whats so hard about terra anyway? Not using the abilties far enough?
His personal ground dodge (Slide) has less invincibility period, and longer recovery (ie. you can't chain dodges as easily compared to Aqua and Ven). This makes certain attacks like the orbs or doom even harder to evade for Terra.
God, what an amazing callback to kh1
My deadass with the auto teleport:this ain't that hard
Man that was quick.
Kingdom Hearts where the only hit point that matters is the last one.
