Why did you choose ALGERIA as a target in this video do you think a war against ALGERIA WOULD BE DISCO MUSIC 🎵 SUCH AS THE ONE YOU HAD IN IRAK AND AFGHANISTAN WHERE THE TALIBAN MADE YOU DANCE WITH THE BEST MUSIC YOU EVER LIKE, TRY US YOU SEE OUR MUSIC 🎶🎶🎶🎶😮
110% that's a repair and restore for the Mercedes. The '60s is when West Germany really started to come into their own after the war. That's when they rebuilt their reputation for making beautifully engineered machines and products. They made some really cool cars in the 50s but they were still feeling the effects of the war as we built our highways and suburbs.
That's the absolute best end result ever !! What an amazing & beautiful car. That absolutely has to be a repair & restore. If it looks amazing now it'll be mind blowing restored.
The headlight lenses show that this is a european model of the Merceces 220SE that, when the rust/paint is resorted and the dash wood brought back to its original glory by a professional shop, you'll have an easy $70 - $80,OOO Mercedes and probably much more without having to do a full-out restoration. Black with red interior, a white steering wheel (get rid of that leather wrap), a sunroof (very rare on the european models) and the best yet - a Manual Transmission with the original white knob -- and you are in the sweet spot of the hand-built Mercedes cars of the 1960s. The only models more expensive than this in the W108 and W109 line are the convertibes. Go to Bring a Trailer and research recent auction prices for these beauties. You guys have a winner and one of the most exciting automobiles to drive. Congrats !!!
the mercedes would be able to get hi level concours awards if restored properly were as it might not if it goes to one the way it is! i think brett should take it to ralf biase in los angeles because because he is the number1 Mercedes restoration specialist in the entire US!
I've watched a ton your videos over the past month since I found your site but I have to say this is probably the most satisfying for me. You guys do an amazing job just getting these oldsters to look so great but to have one actually drive out of the garage was a sight to behold. Kudos to you guys for all the awesome work you put into this!!
You guy do an awesome job each time! It’s so sad to see a beautiful car like that rotting away in a barn 😢 it should be fully restored and brought back on the road.
I'm old now, but had a 1965 220 SEb, when I was young, the seats where awesome, drove incredible, mine was a ivory color, the sunroof was mechanical..oh my that car was extra special...they made plenty with a SE, but the small b on the end is what set it apart, I'm so old I can't remember why...peace, and thank u for rekindling my fond memory...
That cleaning job is a giant testimonial to YOU guys! It's also a giant testimonial to Mercedes Benz: I don't think any other vehicle could start after that long in storage and drive out of your shop. Thanks for an outstanding video too.
Awesome..i would vote for the Nash. If already getting rust i would have it looked at and repaired, rust is tricky if it gets deep it can eat the metal all the way through
The Mercedes looks great! If it were me, I'd definitely repair the body and have a nice paint job put on it -- such a unique car, in a great color combination, deserves it. The second best part: she started and drove!
For some reason i really liked this one. I think it’s because all the interior pieces were there so watching the cleaning and assembling was pretty nice to watch. Good stuff as always fellas!
Excellent job and then to see it start and drive at the end, that was just perfect ! He should definitely get the rusted body parts repaired since you did such a great job cleaning it up. 👍
Classy looking car. I'm learning german and came accross a video of german brands that non germans always mispronounce. We say mirsaydees, but she said it is mirSIDdees, or mirsidDEES, one of those two, cant remember. Was named after founders daughters name.
Wow boys! That is incredible. Love the car and as for the other two vehicles he owns...yes please to both! All three of those vehicles are absolute gems and they look like they are in relatively good shape. Thanks guys and take care. Pete Fresno, CA
That is really a tough choice. Both are iconic forms that are being lost. If you guys can do both & even see if you can get an expert to join in on them.
Indescribably Satisfying on so many levels! Watching the water instantly turn a brown old car into a shining black gem. Reviving the passion within to restore what was far off back into the art and masterpiece it is meant to be. Thank you for the motivation to rebuild, restore, and revive the magnificent classic automobiles of every size, shape, and color.
WOW!!!! Man, did that turn out awesome!! Reminds me of the black Mercedes with the red interior you did a few years ago. That combo really popped too once you had it all done. It's definitely a car worth restoring. That rust on the top will only get worse over time, so for sure, get it repaired!! I'd love to see the Nash AND the bike get detailed. Sometime this week, you should post a side by side of before and after pics of both the Mercedes you detailed. Another great job!!!
Wow! Do both the Nash and the Harley. Really enjoy your channel. I get so much satisfaction out of seeing the amazing transformations of the vehicles!!
Wow! What a beautiful car! As far as detailing the Nash or Indian or both… I’d love to see both! The rust on the Mercedes seems mostly like surface rust that could be sanded off and I could see either restoring the paint job or clear coating and keeping the patina… but clearly this car wants to run and be driven, and the black and red color scheme is super cool!
Awesome job detailing this car! This is a very rare and highly desirable vehicle. In fact, I know of a similar one that was a fully restored example that was recently exchanged through private collectors for $480,000. That said, the vehicle deserves a full body off restoration by a competent restorer that has extensive experience with MB cars since many parts may be difficult if not impossible to locate. Thus, they have to made again from scratch. That's not easy nor cheap. The process will be lengthy, cumbersome, and frankly, very costly. However, once complete the results, if properly done, will be worth it. My only hope would be that the vehicle is kept in a safe, secure, and clean storage area when it's not being used or shown.
Watching from UK, fantastic detailing, that car definitely deserves a full repair and restoration, as for the other car and motorcycle, you should do both. 👍
first- great job! remined me your video about another Mercedes 64 with the same black paint and red interior, It was interesting to see an old paint treated with modern materials and it's interesting today... They should have leveled it all and salted the land but sure you make nice cars
What a beauty! She deserves a full rebuild/refresh
This Mercedes should have a bare metal restoration. You brought it back to life! Great job! And do the Nash, please!
That's the absolute best end result ever !! What an amazing & beautiful car. That absolutely has to be a repair & restore. If it looks amazing now it'll be mind blowing restored.
The next cleaning should be the Nash. Love those boats.

That would be nice, except it cost 100k to restore it and you'll just have a 50,000 car
@@exploringintocarsplus8763 this cleaning cost 100k? That car runs already, don't need to be restored
Olá, amigos norte americanos, tudo de bom para todos!!!
The Nash! These upside down bathtubs are cool AF.

Stunning. Just beautiful. What a Mercedes should be…so much more elegant than what is currently being produced
Repair/restore this Mercedes. Totally worth it. A car this cool and rare deserves nothing less.
Classy looking car. I'm learning german and came accross a video of german brands that non germans always mispronounce. We say mirsaydees, but she said it is mirSIDdees, or mirsidDEES, one of those two, cant remember. Was named after founders daughters name.
