If you don’t follow me on Instagram then you probably don’t know this but i had quite a serious injury that required surgery hence the silence here. 🫠 I filmed and edited this video a few weeks before everything happened but as you can imagine there was so much going on I couldn’t post it. I’ll probably be off RUclips for a few weeks but promise to be back once I’m better and in a space to film again and I’ll be doing a life update type video explaining what happened❤ In the mean time I hope you enjoy this video ! Self-care is so so important 💖🤗 Starting your day spending time with God is a must and also ending your day with Him. I've always struggled with journaling... But I think I should maybe try it again. Yes having a routine is great. It's been helpful for me to with my anxiety. I think the reward system is awesome... Will definitely look into it as well. I think is such a great idea. Taking a social media break now and then is so good. It really helps for your mental health and anxiety. Really enjoyed this video girl💖🤗

I am a cheerleader for #4 Being my first priorty is my number one rule ❤always . Social media is also the pits sometimes, i was also away for social media for a while and it really helps,i came back stronger .😂❤
I’ve been obsessed with journaling. Nothing beats this during quiet time. I used to journal my budget as well but now I use “Numbers” App on the iPhone.
