This is why we need live bands! You can't come close to this kind of power and intensity with just tracks. Musicians need to be heard just as much as singers do. This is good good good!!!
That is axactly right, Chris Hawkins (Freeman) came after the original one, their sister Yvonne. I loved listening to both of those gals, they were wonderful singing with the brothers, Ronnie, Kenny & Larry. My all time favorite group! What a fantastic sound......to the glory of God!
you can tell that they truly believed what they were singing about. They came to the church I was raised in around this time...several times actually. And I still remember it vividly even though I was only around 4 or 5 years old at the time.
shayne i totally agree, unfortunantly with todays economics its just not feasable for full time groups to have a live band anymore..i play piano for a local group out of selma,nc called harvest time.were blessed to have a full band because we are a local group.gonna try and upload some of our music :)
Yes...Kenny is right now singing with the heaven choir...glorifying our creator..maybe they were missing his unique voice..that was why he had to go...well..we shall see you soon..
Their original and the Mrs. Freeman sang with them for quite a while but she is not an original hinson. She took Yvonne's place for awhile. However, I love their singing and spirit.
