We have seen SAPS true colors during July 2021 when you failed to protect citizens and abandoned the people, instead of giving yourself bonuses why don't you take that money and recruit more policeman in areas of desperate need like this. We are ranked the 3rd most dangerous country in the world. There are actual war-zones which are deemed safer according to statistics. Pretending everything is daisy and we have ''moved on and reconciled'' simply isn't true. It's so easy say to say ''putting racism in the past''. Its idealism and wishful thinking at best, the decades of apartheid in south africa have ensured that in 1994 it gained a pseudo independence because no matter which way you dice or slice it, the minority controls all the wealth in the nation. He played the race card because it's a strategy to raise the tension in the room, win over the crowd, silence the white man (opposition), remind the viewers of his struggle credentials, establish his dominance and ultimately misdirect the discussion.
