Hi Brother...first of all I respect you alot and I follow you since 10months now,,,this is amar from mumbai India ,,,is this protein is passed in lab reports is this is have 25gms of protein per serving
Very nice review! Short and concise! Just a question, what can you say about its cholesterol amount? Especially if a person is planning to take more than 1 scoop daily
Hey bro, was planning to buy some Rule1 protein. Just wanted to ask which flavors had food dyes in them? I usually go for Vanilla or Cookies and Cream. Are those safe?
These ones have food dyes: -Birthday cake -Strawberry Banana -Orange Dreamsicle -Strawberries & Cream -Fruity Cereal That leaves you with 11 other options to pick from. I'd go with either the Dark Chocolate or Pure Vanilla, which are both naturally flavored with stevia. The cookies and cream doesn't have food dyes, but it has more fillers than the rest.
@@feast_good Thank you so much for helping me and for your guidance with the videos and full reviews on the site! Can't wait to lose weight and get lean. I also heard that R1's Isolate is also very good, wonder how it stacks up against the Whey blend.
I have reviews of each of those on the channel if you want to check them out. Overall, I'm not a fan of Muscle Tech products. Gold Standard and Rule 1 are very similar in terms of the percentage of protein per serving, Gold Standard is slightly cheaper, unless you go with the 10lb tub of Rule 1 and then the prices are comparable. Rule 1 has the "3 protein blend", which might add a bit more satiety compared with Gold Standard. Both taste great, both have a ton of flavors. It's really close, but I might give a slight edge to Rule 1. But you can't go wrong with either.
Why do you say that? I disagree. Any protein powder can fit within a bulking diet (unless it's a mass gainer). The key factor is controlling your calorie and macro targets during a weight loss phase, which has nothing to do with Rule 1 Protein or not.
There are 2 different bottles you can buy, R1 Protein and R1 Whey Blend. The R1 Protein is a whey isolate with 25g of protein. The R1 Whey Blend (which I reviewed) combines whey concentrates, isolates, and hydrolysates that I described in the video. The protein content for this bottle is 24g.

@@Ketktishukla Thanks for following along, Amar! As for Rule 1, it does not provide any indication that they are independently third party tested.

Cool, I know others will benefit from hearing about your experience.

I wrote an article about this exact topic. Give it a read and let me know if you have any questions: feastgood.com/cholesterol-protein-powder/
Picked up chocolate fudge yesterday and its delicious
AMAZING. Others will appreciate reading this for sure.
I just saw this on amazon. Glad I found your review! Some say it's foamy, although I think I'll buy vanilla which is more versatile.

Nice Review bro
How many scoop can I intake per day Rule 1 protein
Number of scoops is going to depend on many things. Read this article: feastgood.com/1-or-2-scoops-protein-powder/
What do you mean food dyes? And which whey protein would you best recommend ?
Food dyes, like Red 40 and yellow 5. I'm just about to record a tiered list of all the protein powders I've tried. Stay tuned.
Hola soy deportista me gustaría saber en cuanto meses se ven los efectos
