Tombow fudenosuke brushpens are nice. They come in a hard tip and a soft tip. I prefer the hard tip. I use it for headers in my hobonichi cousin.

Im pretty sure micron also has a brush pen as well! Not sure if copic is still popular in the art community, but I use to often see the copic multiliner brush pen too :D
