Hi Catherine great video I love butter chicken. Just within the last month I found a product from the Himalayan mountains called shilajit. It's the best, it made me feel better straight away. Something definitely worth adding to your daily routine ❤ you should be able to find it at a indian grocery store if your interested. I'm a butter head

And potato leek soup is one recent one I tried ( I like watching Chef Jean-Pierre channel on RUclips and he made it not long ago). I just love the velvety texture t produces.

I have a box of Kasoori Methi that I've had for years. It lasts forever. Don't use the seeds, or it will be bitter. I usually marinate the chicken (thighs) in a little oil and spices, then grill it. Then chop it up and add to the sauce. Gives it a little smokey flavor. I also don't strain the sauce.

I'm salted butter head! Kasoori Methi is dried fenugreek leaves, the key aromatic of the recipe. You could have used fenugreek seeds, not as "bright" but still a good substitute. It's really essential tho, more so than the butter. I'm pretty sure, the Indian chef who coined the dish "butter chicken" just did so to low key roast the british empire till the end of time.

I have two printers now, an older monochrome laser printer and another all in one that constantly runs out of ink. I bought the Cricut Joy smart card bundle for making greeting cards and will buy the standard mats to make other things (decals, stencils, etc. That said, I already have two other vinyl cutters: a Silhouette Portrait and a Brother Scan N Cut. Didn't have tartar sauce so used mayo.

These printers can print up to 8000 pages vs a hundred or so with a typical ink cartridge system. It should be a lot easier making cards with the Cricut Joy as they have a special mat for card making. Lots of RUclips videos on the Cricut Joy (which I will also use to make decals and stickers) and the HP 5102 printer.
