Steamed fish with brocolli and then I ate a bag of salt and vinegar chips
I ate fried fish!
I made shredded potato and garlic paste with leftover beef marinated 2nd time and grilled.

I love buckwheat noodles! I’ve never tried Korean style I always get the soba. What’s the difference?
Korean buckwheat noodles have tapioca starch and wheat flour added! So it’s more chewy. Japanese buckwheat are also thicker and only have wheat flour added! Thank you for the question figgy!

Hi Lisa. If you enjoy soba noodles then go ahead and use it! Tapioca starch is added to Korean buckwheat noodles so it’s chewier. If you want exactly what Jungkook made then I recommend finding Korean buckwheat.
