Vindö 45 - 1986 - Wooden classic sailboat with superior beauty in woodwork and appearance like few

A very nice wooden sailboat that has a long keel, is stable and sails well, proper standing height and a woodwork that gives you a cozy feeling and lots of feel good. This is a short tour in the boat, no stupid "music" imposed here, just the boat... - Vindö 32 was built in the years 1981 - 1987 in about 120 sailboats. Vindö shipyard was originally called Sundsandviks Båtvarv and was founded by the boat builder and boat designer Carl Andersson at Orust. The shipyard has built sailboats, pilot boats, motor boats and four-seater boats. During the 1950s, the shipyard manufactured many Folkboats in wood. The first single-type sailboat with the name Vindö, Vindö 28, was designed by Carl Andersson and built in 1961. The shipyard was taken over in 1960 by his son and shipbuilding engineer Karl-Erik Andersson under the name Nötesunds Varv AB. The shipyard had the most employees in the 1970s, but it went bankrupt in 1980. The shipyard was bought by three former employees and renamed Vindö Marin. The production of the Vindö boats ended around 1990. Shipyard operations have continued in Vindö Marin AB.
Specifically this sailboat was for sale at the boat exhibition Öppet Varv at Orust 24-26 august 2018. Last year the asking price was 695 000 kr and this year reduced to 495 000 kr (~ 50 000 Euro), which is more in line with prices on this boat, see for example boatagentsweden.com (www.batagent.se) (four boats there with prices between 375 000 - 625 000 kr).
