well if you want to play vr you have 3 options, Oculus + powerful enough PC= easily over $1500 even more if you choose the vive, now there's psvr + ps4 = about $800. but hey what do I know?

Last I heard, you can use the old hardware with it- but either the camera or the controllers (or both?) have had improvements made since they were released in an attempt to make them track a little better.

What you see on a 2d screen is NOTHING like what you see in the headset.Try it before being so dismissive and you'll be astounded.. I was,and the next day I bought a PS4 pro and VR headset..
