Servings: 12 pieces.
Ingredients:
113 grams of butter
1/4 teaspoon salt
70 grams of sugar (1/3 cup)
1 egg
60 grams of condensed milk (1/3 cup)
40 grams of coconut flakes (1/2 cup)
180 grams of flour (1 cup)
1 teaspoon baking powder
Additionally:
20 grams of coconut flakes
Bake in preheated 350°F (180°C) oven / 12 minutes.
This recipe can be made at home with simple ingredients that are readily available in stores. Enjoy!
