Spoke at my school board meeting in rural Michigan. Was surprised they had quietly voted in a equity officer to train teachers on white privilege, and order all new CRT approved books. Parents, be aware.

Teachers have no power and are often subjected to punitive reviews or they may not have their contracts renewed if they speak out against this. I'm so thankful I teach in a catholic school where we don't deal with this bs. Many of my friends are not so lucky.

This is the type of teacher that we need in our school system.
Problem is most parents aren't in their children's lives. They look at schools as daycare. Could care less what their kids see or hear. Prime picking for a corrupt government to indoctrinate.
When I first started seeing curriculums that were going to be introduced as an Elementary Education major, I immediately switched majors. I'm now an Accounting major. I don't have enough patience to fight school boards, parents and feel disgusted by being forced to teach racism to kids. That's what CRT is. Sadly, yes. Theres plenty of people coming out of college willing to take their place. School districts are consistently lowering their standards and qualifications for teachers. Thats why we are in this mess and why our country keeps slipping in education. Todays AP and "gifted classes" are what the average student was taught a generation ago.

Back in 2003 I was shocked when my teenage nephews said they learned more history on Old school History Channel then history classes at school!
Maybe these teachers should grow a pair your country is at stake.

She does not have a teaching job. She is lying about working within FCPS, Fox is deleting comments from people that truly know her. She was terminated from FCPS in October of 2020 and will never again hold a teaching job within the DMV due her involvement in the Capitol insurrection.

What would you say? People have been enslaved throughout history-everyone had their own objectives. What would be your answer to an unanswerable question that you just asked. there could be millions of ways. Also remember -black people are racist too., not just whites as you are suggesting. We discussed racism all thru school-we didn't have to have a CRT to do it.

Parents should withdraw their children from PS.
Teachers have failed to teach true history for decades, amongst other things.
I homeschooled my now adult children and they’re the better for it.
And officers arresting pastors are 'just doing their job'.
Have her as the school board leader.. shes correct about it's about the kids health and the future of the country.. people have to fight back against the insanity

I am so glad my children are above school age! With that being said parents with children in school today need to stand by these teachers and support them and not let their Administration's fire them for standing up for our children! This will not stop unless we all get involved and stand up for what is right...
Everyone must go to school board meetings from this day forward!

I’m a new teacher in Southern Virginia. I teach history and social studies. In short, I am just completely worried about the future of education. We are not teaching the kids many of the things that will help them succeed in the real world. The system is failing the kids and I don’t know much of an influence I and/or others can have in order to counter the failing system.
Like I said she needs to get teacher of the year award
